I have been using this app fro quite some time for BEST pass & ticket booking. Its quick and convinient. Only a few times, app could not detect my bus. The 'recent tickets' list should contain more items or an option to star-mark frequently used. Also, if the need to print the ticket could be eliminated, that would be great. Very useful and well designed app, has a lot of potential to develop further to provide BEST smart card recharge, railway ATVM recharge, FASTag recharge, etc.
Even after recharging the metro card, it has to be physically taken to the metro TVM for validation. And when I did, the servers were down. Had to manually book a ticket. Please improve the services or just ask us to stand in the line for our recharges. Don't introduce phony features for the sake of it.
Does not work. The app does not detect when you are in the bus. Hence the mobile pass cannot be validated. I attempted to validate the pass all through my trip, but no success. Please figure a way to properly detect when in a bus, or work out some agreement, where a fixed/permanent QR code can be scanned by bus conductor (similar to how they would be doing for the card version)
Cannot use many features of the app 1) cannot apply for a new M-Pass as after clicking 'add photo' multiple times, it doesn't display the photograph so it doesn't proceed 2) Cannot see the schedule of buses as when you select the boarding, it shows 'invalid route'. tried with multiple buses, but still won't work 3) most of the times, the M-Ticket token doesn't load
Works well most of the time but sometimes it takes too long to sync last ticket booked and also faces technical issues regarding payment. Also takes time to indicate correct bus number sometimes. These problems need to be solved. Otherwise it has been nice so far. Would be even better if it provides it's own wallet recharge service and gives paperless ticket directly rather than giving token and making us recieve from conductor.
The app works well but sometime have issues while in bus. Probably they don't know how to operate properly. Also while in dark mode the scanner at metro station had issues while scanning the barcode upon switching to normal mode it workef fine. So looking for it to be fixed from the phone developer or from ridlr developer.
I am writing this review after using it for about a year on regular basis. It was a handy app earlier but now it has some problems in it. Ridlr automatically deducts money from your linked wallet. It will show that money from your any previous transaction was not successful and then first asks for your permission to deduct the amount and if not accepted will automatically deduct the money. It showed me that some transaction in March 2018 was not successful in January 2019 and deducted my money.
For the last one week, I have not been receiving OTP despite numerous attempts, The message I get is that the OTP has been sent on my mobile but only this message comes, not the OTP. As I had logged out earlier and am unable to login again, my previous balance is stuck. To make the matters worse, I am not able to reach their toll free number. After half a ring, the busy tone comes. Something terribly wrong with their system. Has Corona affected it too ? As there is no provision to give zero rating, I am forced to give one star. Why can't we recharge the wallet and keep. Thats easier because in Mumbai few bus stops are near by so by the time we get in, put the card details, book the ticket and show to conductor our stop arrives! And its all in a hurry! Very inconvenient. Especially if you are a new user. Please consider the suggestion to add wallet. So that we can recharge the wallet whenever we want in advance! Also removing the card in the bus to fill the details is not safe! Anyone can steal the card.
i was happy with the app so far but recently an annoying feature to start the GPS and bluetooth is getting onto my nerves. This keeps popping everytime I bring up the app, even when i select it from the background. Times when I am in a hurry and scanning the QR code on the metro, this prompt kills the scanning. pls fix it, reat everthing isb fne on this app. I recommend
this is such a disgusting app I just booked my ticket and i can't found any transactions in my app even my amount is debited from account😑 if I'm clicking on refund option they are like you haven't did any transactions... I want refund ridlr call back me or email me and give my cash back asap!!!!!!
Hi Team, This is with regards to the ticking issue in BEST buses. Since the ticking machine's are back in BEST Service I have been trying to book tickets from the ridlr app for quite a few times. Everytime I booked a ticket it's getting booked on app and showing me a token for ticket however when the bus conductor input that on machine it doesn't show him any ticket for that token. Although my money is not getting debited but if you could please look into it and try to resolve the issue.
The app has improved a lot since its inception.Earlier because of the app's problem with the gps,I could not avail the 20 RIDLR points when I joined.Having said that,now the team has worked on this and I verified my pass successfully each and every time.Good work. However,it would be fair if you could give back the 20 dilr points that I could not avail because of the inefficiency in your app earlier.
All BEST Bus Routes are not available on the app. Tried to provide feedback using In App Option but didn't receive any reply. Guyzz working there are either very busy or they simply don't care about the user experience of their Application and won't even look at feedback provided by App users.
I was very happy when I downloaded this app. It was very helpful and used it for more than a year without any hassle. But now I am unable to renew my BEST Mobile Pass. It keeps on showing message about fare for the chosen destination not available. Kindly assist for the same
Not able to renew daily pass. App performing erratically. Repeatedly showing errors. Has BEST withdrawn Mobile pass facility. 06/10/18 Not able to renew pass since one week. No clarification nor any response yet from ridlr. Probably app has become useless and should be trashed.
This app is very usefull for booking bus tickets in bus in BEST. Avoids issues of carrying change. Only suggestion is that like UTS app of railways, where in you dont have to take printout of tickets, make the same for this as well. Go paperless and use the same technique we use for buying ticket.
I am unable to renew my BEST Pass it showing unable to connect with agency, i have email to your support team still no response from them. The latest version is worst, I haven't faced this issue anytime I am accessing this from past 2 years. Worst Version of the app.
Very slow & poor performance app. The app says we can purchase BEST Bus tickets only when we are in bus but when we are inside bus the app doesn't show we are in bus (which clearly makes no sense at all). Another great bug is we do not receive OTP /CALL for pass resignation/renewal. Please fix.
Hello, I have been using the services of Riidlr for more than 6 months. The app works well for the purpose of booking metro tickets, pass, etc. I would have given 4 stars to the app, but recently I am facing issues to log in to the amazon pay account via the app. The amazon pay account is active and the password I am using to log in is right. Kindly address this concern of mine.
This is very slow. Technology should make things fast and easy to use. Perhaps,this app is totally opposite to that. It is worse and so slow that I can't tell you in words.please tell your develpoers to work on this and enhance its performance
This app actually solved the problem of giving "change" to the conductor (When we have to give a 500rs note for 10rs ticket). Recently the token doesn't stay on the screen for more than 10 secs and thus the ticket isn't printed. Please look into this issue asap
This app was good but please update app support to Android 10 Issue as, Not able to connect to bus wifi, token is dropping always. Previously on Android 9 i was able to get the tickets, since yesterday i updated to Android 10 tokens are dropping and app is not connecting to bus wifi. Please add support to Android 10 asap.
Worst app ever, this happened 3-4 times that i was trying to get metro ticket but amazon pay was just showing processing please wait the amount was deducted from my account but not received after 7-8 days in my ridlr wallet back as they have mentioned. This not happend 1 time this is now 4th time I nither got proper ticket nor my money back in wallet. Please use other app to get ticket 😡
i had a good experience with this app before, but recently it has really been painful afer buying a bus ticket it takes 15-20 mins showing synchronizing your last ticket. even if you directly close the app and open it again it will take 15-20 mins. please rectify this immediately
The app is useful, only issue is with the database that is used to show travel plans. for example: AC125 bus from Borivali to Kharghar. As per the app, last bus is between 2 to 3 pm, however, I do see bus at 8, 9, 10, 11 pm. Thus, information in database needs to be verified and updated.
Ridlr has been superb so far! It saves me the trouble of having to dig for change. Helps plan my route... But my major gripe with the app is that it refuses to work after I upgraded from my OnePlus 3 to the OnePlus 7T. The tokens (for daily tickets) refuse to generate. The app accurately detects the bus I'm in and us pretty swift in doing so.. Hope you guys can figure it out ASAP!
