Riffr - Your Voice is Heard

Bugs and lack of users. I do love the idea of using this. It's easy to record your voice and get it out on the platform. However if you want to use the notifications when people like or reply to your voice messages, I get errors. I've emailed the app developers two times on two different issues, and after a couple weeks I still have no response. I do want to love this app, so I hope it does take off.

Yes it is difficult to catch up with only audio based social media especially when we are all surrounded by the visual content. Doesn't it point out a gap that we can not express ourselves just by our own voice without the use of any supporting material. I give five star for the idea which encourages self development, expressing abilities and authenticity. This can be cool for the one who wants to stay connected without keeping the screen on!

1. I like that the app lets you search for riffs that go beyond the intial "trial" intro without signing up. 2. The app seems blah. I didn't see a single profile photo anywhere. I'd like to see who is running a riff page, or at least a logo. 3. I like the idea that anyone can record their thoughts in a podcast-like format with just a phone and no special equipment, but I feel the app hasn't caught on well enough yet to attract content creators worth following much yet.

I was unable to sign up, after multiples attempts at entering my information. Upon arrival to the verification of phone or email, I tried both options but a code was not sent. I rate it 3 because though I could not sign up, I was still able to listen to various podcasts.

Everything in the app is great, and i think it's an awesome concept. All i have to complain about is that 1. it takes a while to see when someone liked your riff or commented and 2. there aren't a lot of people and you should definitely put the app out there some more. I'm sure these problems will get solved in the future with updates and publicity.

Riffr is a great app. Allows me to express myself in a different and cool way. The fact that it is voice messages rather than text gives it a much realer aspect to it. Would definitely recommend it to anyone from any age group and any area on interest!

This app is a great concept. I like being able to record short audio clips. Being in fashion its important to keep up with the latest trends and this is a great way for me to reach my followers instantly.... and hear my voice!

Serious issue. When I attempt to like a post. The app gets stuck in a near infinite loop or liking and unliking the post while flashing "something went wrong, try again later" at the bottom of the screen. This error flashes for a full minute even after apl has been closed. - Huawei P20 Pro - Android P

This app kept saying it was sending me a code to complete my registration. Every single time I navigated away from the app to look at my email on my phone, and entered the code, it said that it was incorrect and I kept having to resend it and resend it and the same thing kept happening. Therefore I deleted the app.

So I just got into this, the sound quality is great! It's very easy to start posting. Just two things, One is that you can't tap a user's name in the comments and link back to their profile. Is that gonna be a feature soon, or is my phone just glitching? And two, can we have custom usernames?

Has potential and has a great concept. perfect4 people that aren't camera friendly. •For starters maybe on each profile have a filing system for each persons riff. So it would be more organized, such as a playlist. •The next thing would be better search functions. Such as how twitter has 'trending' for hashtags or possibly a Top Riffr accounts. •maybe not using our own names for searches, instead use our username. I have more ideas if interested LMK(; Id love to see this app succeed. Much Love!

It's a very Unique and nice app. I would give it 5 stars but try and work a little on the (Ui) to make it more user friendly. I have a Samsung galaxy s10+ and I still have problems clicking certain things sometimes. Disregarding that it's an AWESOME app. Highly Recommend.

Great platform for the un-heard. I believe also a great network for recruiters to find fresh talent. I am excited to see how this developes. Fresh approach to social media! Awesome layout with no confusion tutorial right at launch. Great work! Thank you! :) Xoxo

I love the app dont get me wrong the features are amazing and i recorded some good stuff here and im hoping that the next time you guys update the app make it to where we can actually save the music we make to our phones appropriately and thats when i will give this app 5 stars

great idea but it has like 0 user population, a twitter account might be a good idea edit: also the ui should be more accesible and you should be able to check an accounts profile easier by just clicking the name or profile picture, like in the trending searches area EDIT: also can you fix the ui, specifically photo settings? even thoughbi set the photo i want for my posts it ends up being so ething generic, or maybe tgats because i apply the picture before choosong rhe category

Don't download waste. Now new update you can't share audio link in social media to ur friends. If u copy ur audio link and send it ur friends it won't play ur clip it's just redirect to riffr home page only. Worst app

Support never emailed me back and the help section of the app is abysmal. Not a lot of users so there aren't a lot of listeners or follower options.

This is a very good app. Great Communacation and the podcast audio is on point. Overall great app, really improved my socialallity!

I am experiencing crashes i dont know why but every time I open the application shuts by itself... Plz work this out...

Terrible, not enough topics, no movie or theater topic, no users, app just sucks, waste of time!

wouldn't let me edit my profile. kept saying invalid and I was putting my name in it. it also wouldn't let me upload pictures. uninstalled.

Five star idea, one on functionality. Set up is typical for social app but uses full name for post without telling you, can edit but only in first/last format. Has you record first post before you learn that, to delete post was four attempts to delete, closing app and finally clearing app data before it would delete. Help section is pathetic small, with only email support, makes you catalog post but options are severely limited. Needs new user cat. topic for community help and opinions

I like the app but I don't trust it and it keeps asking to manage my phone, it could just ask to manage my microphone and not my phone calls.

Its really cool. I like it but the links are broken. You cant share your profile. If you fix that your gonna be instagram killer

I have been working on my new debut album Friday Born. 2020 is my year i believe that it's either now or I the world will never hear my music. There is an audience for every one.

I deleted this app and wanted it back. But when I tried to make a new account it wouldn't let me because I used the same phone number. Honestly I just think that's a dumb thing to include.

I made the most awesome funny riff but it wouldn't post, so I tried opening in pop up view and it deleted my first riff. This app sucks

I haven't downloaded it yet... It sounds like a great idea...! but I got to go my my gut...! and my gut hasn't tried it yet ... I'll give you a one until I can check it out... For sure it'll be between 1 and 5.. LOL but appreciate your efforts in this area!

I can't delete my post because this app wouldn't do it. Plus, the background photo of my Riff is not the background photo I used. fix this immediately
