Lots of great feedback from my clients on ease of use, simple to book from barbers end. The app offers a wide range of options to self customize. I had some questions about the app and I've had nothing but top notch service from support. They were prompt in responding to me and took the time to explain. Thank you for such a great app. I'm a Happy customer.
While there are good things; do not choose this service. I have had clients show me that they received emails notifying them that their appointments were at different times than what they had scheduled. I can not select what methods of payment I wish to accept. (Funny considering it is MY business.) The app shows no consistency in charging my clients the deposit that I set. And The option to cancel a client's appointment comes and goes. All of this in turn will make you appear unprofessional.
I like this app. I like that you can organize your clients and they can book online, cutting down on phone calls. Also, there is a portfolio page where you put pics of your work. I like that you essentially get your own website. I also like that it's geared toward barbers. I like the simple design. I researched many apps and this is my favorite.
So far...AMAZING..the owner has responded quickly with whatever I have needed. He will be working on a way to merge clients easier but so far everything else has been absolutely impressive. I looked over Booksy and just felt this presentation was better and I was right. I paid for the year ahead at $8.08 a month. Thats $96 FOR A YEAR...worth it
Pre Covid we did not take appointments but in order to minimize crowding in our waiting room we decided to go with appointments. We did some research and fortunately went with RMB. George and his amazing web team have worked extensively with us to work out bugs, give and receive feedback, and generally set it up. He assisted with Zoom meetings and emails, which are always answered promptly. App is very user/client friendly, clients of all ages love it and all the features, we do too! Bravo!!
I just installed this app and in few clicks I was connected with my barber. Is nice that I can book from app, no need to call him again 😊 this save a lot of time to both of us. For me, as a client is free to use. Reminders are gold!!! I will never miss again an appointment! Thanks guys, keep up the good work!
Fast and simple! Is just like they said. If you run a barber shop and you have many clients, this appointment app is what you need. No more confirmation calls, you have notifications in app and easy to use calendar for daily and recurring appointments. Go for it!
it's one of the most convenient things I've had to use for a haircut well I don't have hair I use it for my beard but it still works all the same. it's way way better than trying to book online at whatever big store shop that you go to
So far so good with my (and others I know) only complaint being the difficulty to find the "search" bar for adding your barbers. Several people looked under the barber tab and such but it ended up being only at the top of the appointment tab. This coming from galaxy devices at least.
It's 10:00 on a Friday morning and I'm cutting somebody's hair and get a text " hey do you have any openings today? "Eventually I get a chance to answer, " Yes I have some openings today ". 30 minutes later the customer replies " do you have anything at 2:00?", " That's when I go to lunch ", and the phone tag keeps going. Well no more! Ring my barber takes care of all of that, no more carrying around an appointment book everywhere I go, no more pausing between the haircuts. #1 barber app!
It looks great. I'd have liked the option to see the app itself and get hands on before getting an account though. So one star lost for that.Shame as it seems like the app I have been looking for.

I really like the push notifications I can send out to all my clients keeping them up to date with my schedule changes.
