So far so good.. giving it a rating so I can change the color scheme and wallpaper. The test notification came through fine and the calendaring lets you choose the standard 21/7 day cycle, a different ratio of days, or continuous use so it will cover pretty much any usage of the ring I can think of. Easy to navigate, not cluttered. Will update if I have any issues with notifications when it's time to remove my current ring and insert a new one.

3rd reminder app in a row I've been through that has disappointed me. I think it's been a while since I thought about the ring, so I open the app, and its like "Hey, you should have removed your ring a while ago." Seriously? The whole point was for me to be notified then. Maybe it's just my phone, preventing apps from sending notifs if they haven't been open for a while or something? One way or another it's highly frustrating. Each app I've tried works the first time, then fails to notify me.

From first impression it's the best ring app. I like that you can select continuous, the only thing is that I do 3 month continuous but then still have one week off. So when it shows cycles ahead it doesn't show my week off. Need to show: 28 days then change 28 days then change 28 days then take out for 7 days And then restart the cycle. If this app could be set this way it would be perfect!

Used to be amazing! Now it doesn't even give me a notification to swap and I have to pay for a second reminder??? Literally renders this app useless! 100% dissatisfied since the change. Hope I don't get pregnant because this app can't even do what it was created to do. And if you want it to (possibly) work you have to pay for it. Glad they are more focused on making money than the unwanted pregnancies they are causing by doing this. 👍

It's not my favorite. I prefer to it allow me to make adjustments to the date I remove the ring. And if I take it out before the time set. For instance, if I put it in the right day but at 2 instead of 7, I still have to wait until 7 to say I completed the task. Idk the app is just pretty much a calendar.

Have to pay monthly or yearly in order to use the alarm function. Only sends push notifications which easily get lost within all the other push notifications I receive daily. I have had this app for months and forgot I had it because I missed the notifications. Id rather set up a calendar alarm for free on my own.

Stopped working for me after about a year of use. I no longer get notifications. I checked all my settings and everything is set correctly so I should be getting notifications of when to take out/put in my ring but I don't.

Notifications do not work. Even requested a test Notification and I didn't get that. I went through all my settings and made sure Notifications were turned on and no Notification. I just uninstalled the app. I'll find something else.

I've only been using this app for a few weeks but I can tell it's going to be very helpful. The only thing is apparently notifications don't work sometimes so we'll see. There is some simple features that you can choose to pay for, I'm doing this simply so I can be able to change my color theme😂😂 other than money and notifications really good so far!

Notifications are nice. Would like to be able to put in what time I inserted/removed in the initial prompt, rather than it taking whatever time I hit the "completed" button in the prompt. Would also like to be able to include when my period starts/ends, dates of pregnancy tests, etc

App is not intuitive or user friendly. Instructions are minimal. It's hard or near impossible to make simple edits. The calendar makes no sense to me. They need to look at other calendar apps and take notes.

So far it seems useful? Idk I like the idea of it, I'd love If there was more information on it within the app, maybe there is I've just missed it. Maybe a chat room thing where woman can talk about their experiences with one another or read stories about what worked best for them. Just an idea. 'GLOW' the period tracker app had it and it's really nice

The notifications no longer work. I've always had my settings set to receive notifications for this app but I suddenly stopped getting them. When it comes to birth control that is enough to get a 1 star rating from me. Can't risk not having that reminder

Pretty straightforward, clean and sleek, let's you customize it, keeps an inventory. Really no reason for me to try any other nuvaring app, this set the bar for me at a very comfortable spot.

So hard to edit when rims were inserted or removed because if you don't hit the bottom exactly when you do it you have to try and change it manually. Plus it didn't remind me half the time

Win. F. Aug 30, 2020

So it does remind you.. but if you don't open the app and tell it you did get it, the next time you do open the app it still asks and messes up the calendar because it starts at THAT date. You shouldn't have to confirm that you got it, you should just get the notification and that's it.. because then weeks later when you open it to, say, check your schedule for vacation days vs period week, you "reset" when your period week is and it ruins the point of the app

It's a good app, but women's cycles are unpredictable. You should be able to edit the date that you placed the ring.

Awful, there used to be reminders. Then reminders the day before. This last cycle there were no reminders! The only way to get it synced and for it to notify you is to pay.

I like that you can also put in how many rings you have in stock. Setting a custom time reminder is great. I've already recommended it. It's simple and easy to use.

Its abit basic but it works great so far. We will see in a month lol Edit: horrible never get the notifications for it.

Ana. M. Mar 8, 2022

It did not remind me to remove the ring. Will not let you edit when you put on and take off the ring. It sets it on the day you pressed the button.

Worst ever. Worked the first month then didn't work after that. SO I highly suggest u use something else. I have NO clue when I put this ring in! Or when to take it out! And now I'm freaked out I'll get pregnant and mess up my cycle. Worst app ever would give 0 stars if i could.
