I recently began using the business console and mobile app and found it to be perfect for me as a digital marketer based in Asia with the majority of my clients in North America and the EU. It has what I need, clear calls, customized voicemail, call logs, notifications, Do Not Disturb function and my ability to add numbers quickly and efficiently. There is a current issue I noticed with bandwidth but that is due to the virus situation and the need for voip to scale. 5 stars from me!
Became unusable after the Android 12 update! - Old client's text not showing up on top anymore, only as a notification for received new SMS, and have to dig inside to find it. - Saved contacts not showing up as names anymore, they appear as numbers, have to copy the number and search manually in contacts to see if is someone I know already. - Preview text is the first SMS received when the conversation started instead of the last. Please fix it I love this app 😭 😫
Worked, until I cancelled my subscription (to cancel auto renew), then lost the subscription benefits, despite still being inside the current duration! Now it wants me to pay again to re-enable, despite having another month left. Will update this once resolved. Currently can't get through to support as the number on the bottom of the invoice "is not in service anymore".. Make of that what you will. - Edit: The company has issues me a refund for the double-charge. I'd advise updating the app so that a subscription RENEWAL can be cancelled, but benefits retained for the duration. Especially as you must cancel over 24 hours beforehand else it auto-renews, meaning you lose over a day from the time, even if you leave it till the last minute!
It worked for a while, then all of a sudden I cannot login anymore on the browser. I tried but their phone verification isn't working. It kept not recognizing my US cellphone #. Oh well, switched back to Google Voice.
SCAM APP ! Debits your credit cars without consent. You reach out to them and they ask you for more personal info to cancel the payments ! I had to cancel my credit card because of these thieves. Every month they debited 12 to 14$ on my card and I DIDN'T EVEN HAVE AN ACCOUNT !!
Uninstalling right now. First I paid 4.99$ for 40 credits, and after that I needed to pay for each number 9.99$ so I can have unlimited text and calls, thanks but no thanks, try to fool someone else and took their money. I dont recommend this app at all, dont waste ur time its too expensive. If it was 10$ for all numbers to have unlimited calls and text than it was going to be great, but like this u need to be millionaire so u can use this app.
Hey, this app is broken in Android 12! Everything is messed up, messages don't go on top, the first text received or sent stay in the conversation preview. Hard to navigate around with this
second thing: your app can't handle Bluetooth, it keeps flipping back and forth from BT to handset, you going to fix that ever? It is not the BT device fault at all.
Not receiving or able to make calls. Was billed 2 times 3 days apart both for 1 month subscription but was only given 1 month of time, and it does not work except for text. Their support team wont answer calls or email. Worse app ever do not buy. If i could give 0 stars i would.
I've downloaded so many apps and this one is the first that's worked for me with a UK number. So easy to use and it's great that 6 days with a new number is free. Privacy is so important on the internet these days and I'm sick of getting scam calls - now I have a fake number to enter in those online forms!
I've enjoyed this app except ever since the last update, my app won't go past the initial loading screen. We pay as a business to use this service, so this is a HUGE problem being unable to access the app.
It is a scam, i paid for unlimited call and sms nothing work, it is a scam as i contacted the customer support and no response. It is not working via VPN as well. In response to you it should not be available on google app store in my region and should not accept paiement in this case. Refund me take back your number and i uninstall the app.
This app was working perfectly before and lately it stopped, can't make purchases anymore can't order for number even with my current unit.. it all crazy... I wondered what update you guy are putting up here and yet the problem is not fixed. Do something about this please
So you pay for your number however if you go less than 24 hours without using it you are forced to buy a new one . So if you give your first number out everyone who calls it will find it quite unprofessional that the new number you just gave them is already disconnected .Once I learned of their app I ask for an explanation then a refund niether of which was replied to . Save your money and professional status go with a different secoond number . And on top of it all it only works half the time
I deleted my account but somehow they are still billing me for my number. I've tried calling them and emailing support but I can't get anyone to respond. This app is a scam. Will need to change credit card numbers because of them.
The best app ever maded for second phone number! Only you need to fix the issue for android about unlimited text and calls, we are waiting for it! Keep up the good work guys!
Have to pay and it tricks you into using the credits as test can. You can't get variation cods from websites without paying monthly. This is misleading advertising. Unethical.
HORRIBLE!!! My mainline will.not ring when someone calls my Ring4 #. I get a notification that I missed a call.I can't see up my van or ringtone. CAN'T FIND SUPPORT DESK. I am paying for this service but not for long. CONTACT ME. John Edward Fortson
Easy to use and affordable second phone line app. I stopped paying for international call on my T-Mobile and use my Ring4 second phone line instead to call or receive call and text my family in my home country and I can get a third line for my job.
There is nothing free about this app... this is false advertising and should be removed immediately... I was pissed off as soon as it said I needed to buy credits to get a number... how is that free?...
Experienced multiple issues with their app (wasn't receiving calls/texts), but never heard back from their support team.
Cannot be but number even with 70 credits on account. Keeps saying I need to verify a CC for 20 credits and no charge will be applied. I don't trust this.

It charges just to receive ONE text. The number wasnt really free because it uses "credits" to generate one for you so your just SOL.
This is not free at all. You have to create a number, which you have to pay for. I thought this might be the first app to use UK numbers but no. Its even more useless than most.
I am receiving warnings that this app is accessing my camera when there are no permissions for this. That's just terrible.
What a lie.. It says Verify my card to get 20 credits for free, And after I verify i didnt get any credit, instead I need to purchase..
It a spyware, it need my Gmail password to sign up and it's extremely not free, it requires my card credentials to buy credits...
Must use google account to use. I cannot pay using google pay. I must use credit card direct. Cannot select my number. Numbers are guven at random.
The overall app experience is pretty smooth. Unfortunately, the app explicitly refuses to work if it detects a VPN. I won't compromise my privacy, especially for personal communications. A phone app should not be dictating this kind of policy. I also don't like that you have to use Google, Facebook, or Microsoft to sign up. I'd prefer to use my email address and password.
