I am having issues with the phone picking up and not being able to connect to clients via my phone app. Phone rings and does not show who is calling nor am I able to view who is calling me. And calls that get a random tone and "mutes" so the client is talking and then when I reconnect I have to ask them to repeat themselves. Very embarrassing and unnecessary. The meetings portion works well . Please fix the call issue. This happens to everyone in my office who uses this app.

Works great for everything except phone calls. People can't here me most of the time on phone calls or other times I can't hear them. The voice calls on this app are horrible. I've reported this before. We did all of the troubleshooting. The problem is not my data connection. My data connection is perfect. I have 4 bars 4G or 5G. The problem still exists when I'm connected to wifi. That shouldn't even matter though. Most of the time I'm not near wifi. I use other data voice apps (e.g.Goo

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Frequent updates lead to features nobody cares about and none of the real problems ever get fixed. Definitely a product of a development team with a "code of conduct", but little emphasis on actually being a "coder".

Difficult to navigate. Call quality is often great but often others hear a bad echo. International calling doesn't actually work because the application always automatically puts a 1 for US country code in front of whatever number you dial, making it impossible to dial a correct number for another country.

App in design and functionality is fine. But notifications are EXTREMELY delayed. I did everything I could on my phone to disable any kind of battery optimizations and notifications still get sent some 30 minutes later.

Honestly wish my employer would choose a different service. Texts don't go through more than half of the time. Especially if it's longer than a sentence (not even exaggerating). I don't receive calls from customers sometimes. Also when I make a call, the number is delayed and not shown in my recent calls for atleast a minute. I work for a cellular company so no it is not my phones data speed or my Wi-Fi. The app is just buggy and I would never recommend it to anyone.

This app is vital for our business, and we daily change who is on the call queue. The latest update requires us to re-enter the "after hours" forwarding number every time we make a change. For the past 9 years the app prepopulated this field with the number previously there. Now I have to enter and re-enter this never changing number each and every time. I wish RC would get back to focusing on quality telephone software instead of everything else. Edit. - I have sent screenshots as requested.

This has been fixed. Now I have another question. Why can't I view the HUD on my Android cellphone app? Calls are dropped on my cellphone. It rings once, I pick up and there is no one there! Happened several times in the past few days.

Calls randomly don't ring to the phone app. When they do ring through, you try to answer, the screen looks like it connected then it hangs up and says missed call. Occasionally the app auto answers - super frustrating. Down graded my stars. The heads up display was added to the desktop but not the mobile as promised... doesn't sync with other rc apps/programs.

3/30/22- Update.The app is saying I am not connected to the internet and now I am unable to make or take calls for my work. I'm connected, have done restart/install. This affects my quota!

Updated review 3/4/22, recent update seems to have helped. Calls ring in app but when you answer, 4/5ths of them won't connect and it sends the customer to voicemail. Notifications don't pop up on my phone most if the time. All of this started about 2 months ago. Plenty of reviews stating the exact same issue. They say to report it in the app. I've filed 2 reports and have not heard anything back. Problem persists after going through settings, reinstalling app, and on other devices as well.

Never Works Anymore I have no idea what was done to this app because I have had RingCentral since 2011 and it used to work great. Now, I can no longer answer calls because they go to voicemail. I can't even dial out calls at this point. Just terrible. I keep changing the settings because I don't know what else to do but that seems to only make it worse. On top of that, my number that I've had since the beginning is now showing up as spam and even my employees are not answering my calls. Bummer!

Brand new to RingCentral. I find it has confusing layers to navigate through and I feel like there is going to be a very large learning curve to understanding what is what. Things don't seem straightforward.. can't figure out how to delete contact when it pulled over 2 emails for someone- but only need one. Not sure I will keep on my phone.

This app is utter garbage and I sincerely wish I could use a different one for work. Between calls being super, spotty even though my phone has full signal, unable to send or receive text messages, it literally makes doing the job impossible. Being the manager of 60 people and unable to send a single text message is ridiculous.

Starting today I can no longer forward my lines on the app, I recieve an error message. Spoke to customer service and they didn't even help. The rep stated it was a problem with the update and I had to use the desktop version to forward lines. Why even offer the app if you can't even get it right? This is a huge inconvenience.

Used to work great, but now I can't answer calls on my cell phone. As I'm not always at my desk to use headphones, this is a MASSIVE inconvenience! Fix it, please! Like a month ago, preferably! Furthermore, now in the rare event I'm able to geta call through, my Bluetooth doesn't work anymore either!

Glitchy, lags, terrible call quality. On multiple phones including brand new Google Pixel, the call quality was wretched, everything was digital corruption and "banjo noise" despite standing 10ft from the WiFi router. Getting logged in takes EONS because of lag time processing your credentials The app is unintuitive, and the desktop pc app won't even let you dial out a call unless it's a phone number in your network without paying another fee.... Which is ridiculous.

When calls are routed on my Verizon 5G network when no wifi is available the system is unstable and starts flashing we lose the caller. Now when we open the old app that was discontinued we get calls with no problem. Unbelievable!

I have been very frustrated by the lack of Bluetooth headset support in RingCentral. This is the only application I have ever used that refuses to obey standard Bluetooth call control functions.

Waste category. They do not respond to their customers professionally over the phone. I contacted them for a new line over the chat support and then the phone call. They go blank for minutes together and when you ask them are you there they say yes. Sorry, we can't help you.
