Ringdroid
Ringdroid lets you create personal ringtones, alarms, and notification sounds from existing music/audio files and record new ones using your Android device.
This app is the only 'official' distribution of the Ringdroid open-source project; it does not, and never will, contain ads.
Google Play Store automatically presents the correct Ringdroid update to install with your Android system:
Ringdroid 2.7.3 is recommended for Android system versions 4.1 ('Jelly Bean') and higher. It includes the ability to read OGG Vorbis audio files, and it saves ringtones in AAC (.m4a) format.
Ringdroid 2.6 is recommended for Android system versions 3.0 ('Honeycomb') through 4.0.3 ('Ice Cream Sandwich'). It includes user interface features such as 'pinch-to-zoom'.
Ringdroid 2.5 continues to be recommended for earlier Android system versions.
Note: this app requests access to your contacts, but solely for the purpose of setting contact-specific ringtones. Source code is available at ringdroid.com.

I like how this automatically creates a ringtone that can be easily accessed and used. I also like that you can adjust the length of the audio easily. I recommend this to everybody who wants to make a custom ringtone because it is very easy to use.
This is the OG ringtone editor, could use a new paint job to fit with the newer design language of Android. However, I am not sure if the developers are still developing at this point. As the last update to this application was 2006.
its a good app, very user friendly, only thing I don't really like is you can't make ringtones from mp4 formats... kinda a bummer but hopefully it gets added.
292 kB app in 2018. Wow. And the most important - it works and works good! I'm amazed. Wish there were smth similar for video trimming.
Great app. no complaints at all. I have an adblocker, so dont know about ads. But its great.
I use to use this app to create my own ringtones.Now all I get is it won't work because of no SD card.That's messed up because one is on my phone! Basically the app is useless to me now.
SENSATIONAL. Get this app to have your fave songs/music on your mobile. Androidpit thoroughly recommended it as the best and so do I. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE 👍👍👍

Search crashes app on galaxy S8. Other than that I have used this app since it came out and love it.
The app's really good. Free without ads, but, it doesn't read "all" my music on my sd card?
Very helpful when needed n used the first time, tried to reinstall but its been taking too long to download... Plz fix !!!!!

This App is fabulous! Very simple and easy to use. You can not only import your own MP3's to set as Ringtones, but you can also save them to use as Alarm tones and Notification sounds. Great job guys!!!
