Love this app BUT my cropped ringtones aren't very loud when someone calls me. I'm going to uninstall it if I can't get it to go louder. Can someone help?

Update-it no longer works properly and now disappoints. Cutting no longer works so while I can select a portion of a song I can not create or save a ringtone. Not even a tin can response from the developer since I changed my rating. Won't be using anything else by them.
its very Nice we can put any ringtones we want but there is a problem and the problem is When we Decrease the sound the phone stops ringing...anyway its awesome.
