Am a certified tech. What a waste is this App, nothing works, even pulling a simple manual. Rinnai is getting worse every day, their disastrous wifi example is a good example of how bad this company has become, poor customer service for companies selling their products and end customers. Can't recommend anymore, moving on to Navien.
certified tech here.... I spend an hr trying to sign in, register, email confirmation received, token successfully sent and nothing...total garbage...How is it that one( the pros ) in the field can do their job for working on rinnai units if rinnai just make apps that are useless...Please fix

Makes no sense that you have two apps, one to register for "points" and then you have this one... where you can also register. So redundant and a complete waste of a time for a huge, global corporation. Fix this! As a large dealer, I've complained about this for a long time.
