Brings laundry to the 21st century. They have an online account, a website where you can manage all your orders, an app, a text message based customer service ... Particularly the customer service is impressive, maybe the best I ever experienced. No waiting on the phone, no robots - just text, with real, quickly responding, friendly and accommodating humans. In the few cases where something went wrong, like some stains remained, I just sent a photo and they arranged a free special cleaning.

This service is very easy to use and has helped so much during COVID-19. I simply schedule a pickup, put my bags outside and get a no touch pickup with confirmation. Drop off is just as easy with photo confirmation. The receipt is itemized, breaking down dry cleaning by item and wash/fold by weight. The prices may seem high but when you normally use a laundromat: Soap + washing + drying + folding + drive time = One button in Rinse app (so worth it!)

I've been using Rinse now for about 3 months for ALL of my laundry needs! They have been nothing short of professional, friendly, on-time, and just great, really!!!! I was a little reluctant to get a subscription because I wasn't sure if needed the 2 full bags a month, but it's very easy to fill them both up! I have made special requests and they've fulfilled them, no questions asked!!! I highly recommend Rinse for one last thing off your "to do" list!!!

So far, this app has been great! Really convenient, and my clothes have all come back clean and in perfect condition. They will wash clothes inside mesh laundering bags if you provide them, which is great for more delicate items. It's awesome 😊

As far as I can tell my clothes were put on hangers and returned to me. They even managed to break a few buttons and didn't think it was necessary to inform me. Maybe I wouldn't notice. Terrible first impression by Rinse. It's possible they were at least washed but they weren't that dirty to begin with so it's unclear. My clothes were not pressed which is the main reason I dryclean. I could've done a better job myself which defeats the purpose of this. The app, pickup, and delivery process were all fine but the actual service was not. If you're in the bay area I would suggest Mulberrys. They don't pickup and deliver to the east bay but I would rather have my clothes handled correctly and sacrifice some convenience.

Using the app is easy and everything makes since. I have had to change drop off information and reconcile a payment before without having to call in. The service that Rinse provides is absolutely wonderful in my experience!

Love these guys. Super convenient. It can be pricey if you have a lot to have laundered, dry cleaned, etc. But, they are friendly, they work with you, and it's super convenient.

Love this service when they deliver your clean clothes they sort them and have them inside a clear plastic bag so it's not touching the laundry bag which usually touches dirty clothes very well thought out. Happy to be using this maybe a bit pricey but honestly it's great for someone who doesn't have a car and doesn't want to Uber all the time to do laundry or even using a bike pretty hard to use that with a lot of clothes.

Be careful!! Scam! I signed up to try the service. I recieved a price only after they pickup the laundry and cleaned it. That is fine. I felt it was expensive, adi decided not to keep using it. Then they started charging me a monthly fee without my authorization and without a way to unsubscribe in the app or website. Scam!

Outstanding. Excellent. Easy to use. Provides detailed information. You know where things are. Folks who collect staff are very friendly and efficient. Accurate clothes count.

I highly recommend Rinse. My clothes, sheets, towels etc come back clean and folded. The valets are professional and courteous. They are always on time. I am so thankful for this service. I have a washer and dryer , but sometimes I need some help and when I do I just go to the app and press a button then confirm. Done and done. Love it!

This app is super duper convenient. When you got your dirty clothes. Schedual a pick up. Then you put your clothes in the bag leave on the porch and the valet will come and they would text you when they arrived. The greatest thing since sliced bread a little pricey but it's worth every penny.

Used this service for wash n fold. Had two loads of laundry to wash, the Rinse bag that they describe as fitting 4 loads wasn't enough so we had to pay for two bags. Clothes were washed with scented detergent after selecting hypoallergenic detergent. Customer service was very responsive but ultimately didn't make things right. Cancelled after one try.

I really like this. My slacks are brought back pressed like new and have texts asking every week if I'm still all set. Very much recommend if you work early and come back late.

Pros: Good if you can't or don't have time to do laundry, don't have a washer/dryer, need certain items dry cleaned, etc. Cons: Not available in most areas, only major cities, and is too expensive for the average person if you just want a bag of laundry washed a week.

Doesn't matter what you put in the contact preferences after registration, they message you as they will. Just finding rates and process *before* signing up should not be this hard.

The service is great! I get my laundry back next day folded to perfection!!! It's helped me organize my drawers with how neat they've folded my items. The valets are nice and even leave items with my door person if I'm not home. I'll definitely keep using this.

I would be lost without Rinse. App is decent for managing the service, and they also text message.

Ruined and LOST clothes on back to back orders. used rinse since 2018 it used to be decent now it's an absolute mess. Put in a dry cleaning order and my clothes came back with stains and smelling like a wet rag. Then the order after they LOST my clothes, billed me for far more expensive items that aren't mine and customer service tried to blame me for the missing item. It took me weeks to get reimbursed and if i didn't have picture evidence they would have blown me off.They will lose your things

I sent items out to be washed with very specific instructions to wash one item, bagged separately, without the rest of my clothing - this request was ignored and all of my clothes came back smelling like fish oil. 4 returns/re-washes and TWO MONTHS later they finally smell acceptable enough to wear. no offer of compensation for the time and inconvenience.

Best Laundry and Dry Clean Solution for a Busy Schedule! I've been using Rinse's service for over a year and it's a really convenient solution for getting my laundry or dry cleaning taken care of without having to spend all my time at the cleaners. I also love how easy it is to know exactly when my order will be delivered.

Great service, very efficient, problem free. It's just a little expensive so you have to value the convenience to feel like it is worth it.

Rinse is our go to for laundry and dry cleaners. Thier service has freed us up to do more with our limited time. 5 Stars for the app doing all the hard work. Props to their ops teams for keeping things on time!

So disappointed ... am disabled and home bound so was excited but unfortunately they did everything wrong including bait and switch with type of service and pricing ... every piece in one load stained with oil??? ... pieces missing ... etc. and correcting anything impossible.

The ease of the app is amazing! it's so convenient to use via app and they come to where you are to pick up your clothing! Will continue to use for convenience!

Great service! Competitive prices and it's easy to schedule. If you want to free up your time from going to the cleaners this is it.

Rinse is great! My apartment complex doesn't have enough machines for all tenants and they are small. Rinse saves me a lot of time and frustration.

They will not take clothes that do not have a washing label; which incoudes most of my clothes since I find the label uncomfortable a lot of times. The delivery is later or earlier than their estimated time which means I have to postpone most things that I want to do instead of doing laundry.

So far so good. With three little kids this service has been a life saver. Thankfully they have a hypoallergenic no-scent option which is the only way it works for us. We signed up for Rinse Repeat and after a month with it, we are happy. Let's hope it keeps up.

Love the service and the app makes scheduling and communication easier. I highly recommend.
