Rippple - The Dribbble app

The app is a great mobile experience and would be 5 stars. They are retiring the app in November in favor of the mobile version of the website, which is a very poor experience compared to the current app. The mobile website leave a lot to be desired, such as one long tap to like a shot; instead i have to click 3 times rather than 2. Hence the 1 star. I can't recommend a great app experience that is being replaced by a mediocre website one. I wish they would reconsider.

Every time I enter Dribbble to get inspired, I exit it disappointed. Developing the apps UI/UX, functionality and stuff, it's all cool. But who needs all that if the app just don't load any media, or do it as slow as like you're using a dail up internet. The app is overcrowded with data you will say. Compare yourself with Instagram or Picsart than. I write a review this long to get your attention. Please give us the worst app in any case but an app that can load media.

I want this app to be so much more! It has so much potential and is seemingly going down the right path. The only problems are as follows. The app is plagued with bugs, the UI is so buggy and gives so many errors it took me 20 mins of circumventing the sign up menu to basilcy force it to make me a profile. The Google Sign up didn't work for me. Posting is a nightmare if it even works without any kickback the posts won't load property. I want to give you guys a better review so help me help you.

App's image load time is so slow compared to the dribbble website on the same connection. shouldn't it be faster since you don't have to load UI components and scripts on a mobile app? Even Pinterest loads it's thumbnails much faster. At least give us a low res thumbnail earlier so that we won't get frustrated and quit the app after starting at a loading screen for minutes.

About 5% of shots fail to load, while they load correctly in Chrome. After a lengthy loading attempt (15-20 seconds) it will just show a paperclip with a line through it. It's always the same shots that never load. App should prioritize loading images that are currently visible on the screen so it doesn't take 15 seconds to load images after scrolling down quickly.

I uploaded 3 shots from the app. The image dimensions were 1600X1200 when I downloaded the image in my phone. But later on when I checked the same shots from my desktop, they were not only blurry but were also uploaded in 800X600 dimensions. This has costed me a big set back as I had re-upload those 3 shots again from my desktop after deleting the older ones. Please fix this or help me with some solutions.

This app is stable, the UI is beautiful and minimalistic, however I really wish they would bring back the download feature since I don't always connect to the internet. Other than that, the app is great.

Currently on version 1.5.1.0-production. I just noticed that the color palletes feature for every shots are gone. I thought it was a server-side change, but color palettes are still present on Web browser. Not sure why the app removed the color palletes feature.

this app is not optimized to work on slow data connection i can watch igtv with my data but not see a single image or gif in your app.I usually use your website to view your content. Making an account with gmail on your app was impossible. My experience using your app is like using free facebook; all content visible except pictures and the gifs. I am using data saver in my settings but no improvements so far. Cant load images even on 4g lol all other apps work fine except dribble

Still has a lot of issues. I use the website on my phone cause the app can't load all designs and allow scrolls sometimes. It either hangs...you have to go back to search and type in whay you want / close and restart the app again.

I love Dribbble, but I think the app isn't very comprehensive or easy to navigate. I can't really grasp how to discover more works of the same kind, or have a more diverse feed.

No one can log in, issue has been persistent for months on end and there is still no fix. The developers do not care one toss and refuse to fix it or even acknowledge that there is a problem. Just use the website as the app is unusable.

Amazing. Although I wish all the fields shown on the desktop version is shown in the app as well. The difference isn't great UX for me.

LOVE Dribbble and LOVE this app. Would be a 5 stars, but they're getting rid of it in November. The mobile web version just isn't as nice or user friendly. PLEASE reconsider. I was so happy to finally see this app come into production. For a community that showcases the work of app designers (among others), it would be odd not to have their own app.

For some reasons, I haven't been able to use the app for days now. It keeps showing the 404 error page. My internet service is okay. I log in to the desktop version but the app won't work. Kindly provide assistance.

App is beautiful, has fantastic animations, and is extremely snappy. Compatibility with Dark Theme in Android 10, as well as making the Android 10 gesture navigation bar transparent, would be great additions. Thanks!

This is the best app experience, fluidity, Easter eggs, best UI .... there should have been direct filter functionality of types of arts.. with search. Still, One of the best app experience.

What the hell is this. When i try to sign up, every time it says something failed. I try it 3-4 times but nothing changes, same result. It'll be great if you look/fix this problem.

Well, have installed and uninstalled the app two times but I don't know for what reason it's not working! Neither I can signup, nor signin. One thing it only shows is Error 401, annoying!!

Great for exploring shots but without the ability to comment on shots it feels a little shallow. I hope this feature is added soon! Pleasant viewing experience otherwise!

The app run really smooth. Love the animation. But everytime i switch the app, it doesn't keep the state so the app run from the beginning.

How pathetic app it is. There is no insturction about image resolution to upload. I tried to upload my work then some part get out of the image. Many times get error when you tried to comment/feedback on artists work. Im so fustrated by this app. Thank god they sunsetting this app in next month.

STILL receiving an authentication error when trying to sign-up via Twitter. Would really love to link my account, but this feature has not been fixed. Dribble, please look into this issue. Thanks.

I am a developer . User interface is great , but please hire more software engineers , it's so freaking slow to load the images , learn stuff from Pinterest , pls . Sometimes good user experience need both UX and backend work well simultaneously.

Can't sign in. I mean what the hell is wrong with this app. It just says bad credentials. And when you try to enter without signing in .. no content comes up it says error 401. Frustrated. Easily uninstalled.

Unfortunately, dribbble has stopped. Same error showing again and again. (This error rectified. Thanks Dribbble). But now, not able to see any post preview. Its showing blank.

I love Dribbble. I really do but this app is super slow to load even with fast internet connections. I wonder why but I think something needs to be done since I've seen similar feedbacks from other customers.

After update, app no longer works on my Tecno camon CM (android version 7.1). It doesn't open completely and closes when attempting to open. It was working well before now it doesn't completely! Please help!
