Since the latest update some of my accounts building levels are below where they were before the update, preventing me from upgrading my buildings and Castles to Legendary levels. The whole team at ONEMT should not all be on vacation at the same time when we need them the most. I have been playing this game for over 4 years and I am very unhappy with the game developers right now.
Over all it's full package of entertainment 100% (passing time) although there was some requirements that was necessary already ✅ done Awesome game rank # 1 Regards🙏 but please help with red and blue dragons and red shards because paying players getting unbearable statistics for war so it's difficult for non spender.to be honest non spender giving you online time that's equal to spending ones so give better reward and give online status reward that's required
Was fine until the latest update. After 3 days still unable to update the game. Unable to access the game so unable to refresh shields etc either. Support can't even be bothered answering emails. All around pretty useless outfit.
Problem is got good number of troops and a guy with less troops hits you and kills more than half your troops not set right I payed for two packages with red hero and did not get it. I but is a fun game and hope they fix the problems
Fun. Graphics great. Need either less time to level up or more rewarding towards leveling up. Over all, great game.
Most affordzable game of it's kind on the app store...i barely need to spend anything. Even more freebies with the new update, but you have to work a lil for it. people just love to have something to complaim about
Where do I start with this game, not knowing this game is 6 years old, I should of been aware of this game along time ago, it has been an amazing experience on this game, I highly recommend playing it, you can either pay to play or play for free, doing one or the other clearly has its benefits but I've really enjoyed my experience so far
This game will takes a lot of times of your day time.It can also cost a lot of money once you start spending.The game customer service is also bad they just wants money if someone else play your account though the Gmail is yours and its verified too but he can steal by spending money.They only care about your money nothing else.
I am playing this game since two years now from 2-3 days it's not working so I can't login in game I have massaged many times to your gm but it's thing are same if you will not solve my problem I will quite the game and all my friends will do the same..... But I really want play it so do something fast....
The game requires a more simple (for dummies) guide. I am total noob to these style games.. but its great..Nice having the best fun ever !
The Game is Good and I'm using this game for last 5 years, my journey with ROK has to a bad end, I was in kingdom 263 Game decide to merge with another kingdoms, before event start the game has a bad technical problem and I never be able to login to my 5 years old account for 3 days and I lost all my friends . The big issue is no response from the support At All as they don't have anyone looking after people support. Sad tragedy and if the game did not send me back to my friends I will drop game
I like this game a lot but I think is not fare that castles below 30 can't go to the Titan. Is barely players playing because they all are in Titan. I hope this will change or i guess I will stop playing
My shield icon does not work, even i have all the three types of shields. I lost a lot during War Of Kingdoms, please fix this glitch.
It's an Incredible game it has stradagy different and color full characters a little time consuming but you won't mind once your in the magnetic world of rise of the kings

During a recent upgrade they removed troops and power and I wrote for them to correct but they never responded. They take your money and the upgrade delete your troops and other things and never respond. I have requested return troops and have been ignored repeatedly.
There is many errors with last update.. The such as the level of power is become low because ROK take high level troops and give lower level.. Also the treatment issue with wonded troops.. This game turn to garbage and just take money.
It was good👌, a lot of action and grinding is needed. What I want the developer's to do is to add a demolish button so I can get rid of buildings.
Tired of the high levels of stupid, it is a very simple concept to allow somebody to sign into their existing account before forcing the tutorial like I don't know lazy creators would do I mean it can't be that hard to move the option of signing into a new or existing account to the very beginning of the game as soon as you open it after download it can't be that hard for real and if it is then maybe you guys should resign and find a new profession like janitorial services
No good on the constant updating and having to free up space for the updating . Pretty decent on the building up . But thats about it .
It was a FIVE but since upgrade today I can't log in to the the game SERIOUSLY WHAT HAVE YOU DONE I get as far as assign on farm the second you press assign it freezes I've tried everything nothing worked So I take it I've lost my game An L3 castle that I worked hard on Thanks again
Rok has a slow responce time. There was a security Error that involved my acct getting reset. ROK responded once promising a 60 percent restoration. 1. 60 percent is lowball offer, 100% should be returned but for a high profile player for me i cant refuse, im heavily invested. 2. Its now 30 hours after the incident and i habe nothing returned yet and no more replies from ROK. Would rate 4 stars other than this major issue

Ever since they updated on March 30,2022 . I have not been able to keep my game loaded. I can play for less than 5 minutes. Then my game closes. I have cleared my cache for this game ! NOTHING seems to help. April 7, 2022 Dear Friends, We all received an in-game message informing us of an update for April 6, 2022. I have yet to find it in the Play Store! I can not play my game still! Please tell me WHEN to Expect this Update to be Available!
Great game. Just very very laggy on my samsung galaxy j4 core. Maybe you can make sime adjustments. I just started and already purchased my first pack. Sort out the lagging and ill pay my dues. Great game all in all.
Been great for most part. Most events that have any good rewards are bad for players like me. Can not spend but very little a month. Maybe make it just little easier for some to get the rewards
I really like the game, but when I have a problem and I contacted the in-game Support, no one is responding... What is your purpose? Just to take money and won't help the players? I am disappointed. I have been contacting them for literally 24 hours, still no replies.
I was playing this game for a while now and since the new update I cannot play anymore for my phone can't support the game I had to uninstall the game and loose all my hard work and money on my castle.....devs are money hungry wolfs and they don't think about the players only players they worry about it the big spenders
So many adds. Can't do a lot, message to anyone. Doesn't load properly. I'm level 30 and the game has started to get more glitches really bad. Love the game. Since the new update I'm having so many problems. I live in south Australia, does other Australian have this problem? I do spend money on game like so many other's, the money you have collected, should be going on for fixing these issues. I would love to keep playing but if these problems keep happening I will have to quit an awesome game.
