I actually love the game but hate that I have made several inapp purchases that I have not received. If you develop something it should be priority to make sure it works as expected. Its just one issue after another. First you don't get what you pay for and then the app constantly freezes & crashes. It really needs a recent update or it should be removed.
It's a fun game however it gets difficult quickly. Even if you win/complete a level it deducts a life which seems unfair, especially given it's a long wait til the next one. Also I made a purchase for rubies & although the game happily accepted my payment, it did not give them to me :( There is no way to contact them about this so it's a con in my opinion.
I feel this app is programmed to cheat. I feel it is designed this way to force consumers to consistently make purchases, thereby generating profits for you. When ever I press an icon or graphic image in the game it does not take. I have to keep pressing the icon/grapic to get it to work. Time runs out and I lose the game.
I really like the game it is different from the other cooking games. I get to actually cook the food which is a lot of fun . I like the different kinds of food. You not always cooking burgers and hot dogs.Would be good to have some serving trays in the market to buy. Great game!
I love playing the game, but there are issues. It is so hard to pass levels without diamonds. I spend money on diamonds, and it seems that the game keeps making you spend more and more if they know you spent money on them. I wish we could pass more levels without having to spend so much.....
it's pretty good but kinda frustrating since the cook can only go a certain speed, so I can't get what needs to get done under the time limit. So others may enjoy, but if you're not a patient person, do not get this game because the chef is super slow.
addictive... ive had several editions of this game... prev versions had better prices and rewards but froze often or force stopped... this version doesnt have bugs but the pricing is outrageous and rewards arent given wisely... love the spin the wheel idea though...
Second time i installed it yet again i uninstalled it once more..... Same concept...... Please allow us to upgrade our utensils so that we can play the game faster .......... Also.. the energy should only be used when we loose a level..... Just some options but other than that... The graphics are great
the game is fun but the metrics need to be fixed. at a level where I have to serve the coffee mixed with whip cream. there is only one customer that orders it but the game never allows her to show up. went through the level 6 times and she never came. almost completed the level spent my 6 diamonds had 4 out of 5 coffees made but again she never showed after spending my diamonds. and yes i tried to make the dish in advance but the customer never shows up.
Deleted previous post, maybe you can find my edits on here somewhere. HUGE PROBLEM with delivering items at the time of purchase. I got a refund instead of going through this again. My OPINION...DO NOT MAKE ANY IN APP PURCHASES UNTIL THEY FIX THIS CONSISTENT, ONGOING PROBLEM. The game itself is fun, but honestly you should expect your items NOT to be delivered at purchase. PLEASE Mini Stone Games...PROVE ME WRONG AND FIX THIS.
The game is do slow and it makes it impossible to get to the next level therefore I can't upgrade...It's like when you multitask on there making orders it just keeps dinging at you it's like it's not fast enough to keep up...
Can't get more than one appliance. Make it impossible to complete levels. Have to wait for more power to play levels, 5 is all you get then you have to buy more or wait. The level up on given appliances are managed.
This would be a good game, and started off that way, but after passing through the 2nd gate, when preparing a dish for the customer, they disappear, and I end up with the prepared dishes, and the customer is gone. I'm on level 62 at the 3rd gate, and there is no way to win that level with the customers leaving, while their food is being prepared. Please fix this. I liked the game until i paid $3.99 today and never received my 50 rubies. Then find out they took the $3.99 out twice. Tried to send a message to the company and surprise, not an available option. I get a message to email them so my issues can be corrected. I emailed them and still no response and no rubies!!!
Love the game. My only problem with it is that i have tried to make in app purchases five different times each time my card was charged but i never received the items. It just said transaction failed.
It's an amazing time pass game but there is no dressing option to the serving girl... Please update the game for more fun and there is no reward when we completed a level successfully... Please take my wish 🙏🏻🙏🏻
I m playing the game since 10 months but I have very few problems which you resolved (THANKS!!!!!!) , but now the problem is very severe when I click on the thing the girl doesn't moves and don't pick that item infact the game is also laging so help me in this regard I will be very thankful to you. THANKS!!!!!!!
This is a great game, I've played it for years, I even started over when I got my new phone, that's how much I love this game, but recently I found out that once you have played level 468 or it might have been level 486,that you can't update this game, I got told that rising super chef 2 is the only game that I would be able to update, so I started over again and then I decided that it was somewhat unentertaining, so I uninstalled it, so I see it is still up here 😡
I like this game but it needs a little improvement the customers are not patient enough for the food they're not patient for the food they wanted to come out too fast and want to eat raw meat and for vegetables and potatoes and stuff and you can't cook it raw or you'll get sick I just want to make them to make the game better so I can get further in the game so they can open up more levels for to win the game
The game looks horrible, with poor graphics, low on upgrades... etc. After you play a wile, you cannot pas levels without paying.... Paying for what ? The game looks like some amateurs lose a bet ...
While I enjoy playing this game, twice I have attempted to make an in app purchase, my money was taken , but i never received the diamonds. There is no in app way to send a message to the administrator of the game. I highly recommend that you don't try to make purchases in this game. It's a rip off!
Hmmm. Well considering that I have tried to purchase gems twice and you guys were very quick to take my money but were not very forthcoming in delivering the gems. What a RIP OFF! Not happy that my money is gone and no gems to show for it. Will be uninstalling this game and wont be recommending it. Not happy Jan!!!!! 😠
Such a fun game, it's definitely not easy but it's very addictive. It's probably not the best for young kids cause it does get very hard. If I could I would play this for hours. If you like cooking fever or games like that you will have a whole new experience with this game!
Everytime I buy tokens to continue to.play the game takes my money and doesnt give me what I purchase. This happened before and I took the game off. I'm taking it off again and this time I'm letting everyone know, who plays this game that they take your money and don't give you your purchase. This game robs you, don't purchase anything ever.
with ALL the coins you accumulate you should be able to purchase the dishes you need to help the process go faster, but I love this game please DO some upgrading to it.
It is really a good game.I like this game very much.The problem is that appliance are so expensive.We can't pay money for buy a coin or diamonds.The appliance which we unlock from diamonds are to much difficult.Becaue you don't provide diamonds to us. We can collect the coins by plying game.But we can't collect the coin Beacuse there is no task to collect diamond we only collect them by free spin or watching video this is to bad.i am. Facing problem to collect coin I want to collect them.
I made two purchases and never received my diamonds. Contacted customer service about the issue, and it was like talking to a wall. Thank God Google allowed me to do a refund. The game is fun and all but ya'll still getting 1 star🙄
it is a very good game. It worked for 6 months but now when I am opening this app is suddenly closing and suddenly closing. I would request the rising super Chef company to solve my problems by answering this please please please please.
I like Rising Super Chef 2 more. Cooking times are to slow that the customer gets mad at waiting and disappears, gems are impossible to get(unless you buy them) that if you fail a level, it costs 6(instead of 3 in Rising Super Chef 2) gems to replay a level.
Love this game because it has tutorials on how to cook the dishes. So it is fun. Only hitch, too long to make purchases. You have to be in Level 38 before you can upgrade cooking ware. It takes too long to cook one dish in a frying pan and there are too many customers already waiting. At least make the frying pan available on the earlier part of the game. I don't get the logic why you have to prolong the upgrading. While other games, do that already as early as Level 3.
