Rita's Ice

Rewards disappear all the time. Had a freebie waiting for me and as soon as I updated my app to the new version it disappeared. I appreciate they're trying to fix the problem but it seems like every time I try to go the app needs to update and I can't get it to load so I can scan for my rewards. I've basically given up

My store is literally around the corner from my house. I buy atleast 3 quarts a week. I had 2 rewards that I was going to use toward the end of last season but the store said they don't use the app anymore (timing I guess). App was updated and now my rewards are missing. I think it's a waste of money to develop an app that doesn't keep up and go back to the card punch/stamp

I love Rita's however I would agree w/ some comments. Sometimes the rewards don't show up. Sometimes it won't scan. If I do get a reward almost anyone that works at Rita's doesn't know what button to push if I want to upgrade to a large & what I don't like the most is that I go to Rita's more than one time a day and I can only get scanned one time. I spend $300 a month. I should get my 2x a day!!!

I updated the app an its telling me I still need to update and it wont let me use the app now. I also had to rewards on the app last season and both rewards disappeared even though they weren't expired yet. I spend alot of money during the season here but I will not go until the app works properly and I get my 2 rewards back. If my rewards are just gonna disappear what's the point of having the app.

App finally works! Yay! I reinstalled this app after I found out that they did an update and people said the app was working, I used it several times now and it's working great and they do frequent updates to fix bugs and problems with the app. Way to go Rita's you listened to the consumer and fixed your app, thank you. I have now received 3 rewards since reinstalling the ritas app and I use it regularly now.

I did not receive my rewards star yesterday. It says I have no visits when I had 6 before I updated yesterday. This update is awful. It needs to be fixed ASAP if you expect to keep your customers happy. Because as of now it is only good for taking up space.

Tha app doesn't let me get rewards. It was better before the update. I think that the paper cards worked much better than the app. Also with the paper cards if you don't have a smart phone you still could get rewards for buying treats.

I've used my QR code to earn points twice now. It still says I'm 7 visits away from a free ice. If I try to tap the account icon, the app crashes. Literally the only thing the app has been good for is getting my first day of spring free ice.

We were going to take the kids for first day if spring free ice but you have to use this app this year...okay no biggie we downloaded it. But it can only be used for one....how are my 4 and 6 yo with no phone suppose to get the app? We do first day of spring every year. Guess not this year.

I had the app and made two purchases bringing my rewards down from 7 to 5 purchases until next reward. I did the update and it reset back to 7 purchases until next reward. Frustrating.

Upgraded my app and logged back in. I was 1 purchase away from a reward. Now my app keeps crashing whenever I try to access my profile to figure out why my purchases disappeared because it's showing I am 7 purchases away from a reward now

Purchases do not register. Last three visits, code was scanned, but no credit. It's either a training issue or the app.

What's the point? They never update flavors on their site or the app. They used to send emails about the daily flavors, but I don't even get that anymore.

I was one away from free ice rewards now I updated it and it says I'm 7 away and can't login to my account the new update is worse needs to be fixed asap

I've been twice and scanned my app both times. Yet it doesn't show on my rewards tracker

so how did the first day of spring go from a $0 tradition to a $16 money grab? by requiring everyone in your party to have a device and the app (even kids)! are you flippin kidding me! after 2 years of no FDOS this was a complete disappointment. someone call undercover boss and ask for a recount.

Can't create an account because the part where you have to pick your stare is just blank and I cant pick anything.

the app doesn't always load properly. I go to Rita's frequently and spend a lot of money there. So I end up without a reward. Also I wish it was like the punch card and it would give you the amount of purchases you buy to receive your next reward. example each time I go I buy my kids at least 4 separate things and then the large containers to take home and it's the same amount whether you buy one item or ten.

I had 3 reward prior to updating to the latest version. Now, I have no rewards

App update removed my reward I had and crashes everytime I click the account link.

Registration not working. Every time I go onto the app I get redirected to a registration form. Whenever I fill it out and try to complete it, I get thrown back to the same page. I restarted the app but no luck.

Why would i need to download the app before the 20th to get a free ice for spring? Really disappointing. Just program it to give a free code to anyone who downloads during the week. It seems like you're trying to make it so confusing/frustrating that people just give up and pay for their first italian ice of the year instead of getting it free.
