Useless app, doesn't sync with your account. The objects you add in your "watchlist" is not visible in the app. Second, be careful using their services, there is alot off extras, service fees they add in the end so they price is very inflated in the end.

Bad App Design, always logged out so I miss the auctions. Can't remove watched items. This seems like a kids highschool project and they don't appreciate it understand the process...

The app is garbage. Better to use browser on a laptop. Also make sure you read all the fine details. You be paying much more than your bid amount. Its actually quite criminal. I wont be recommending to anyone and will do my best to detour anyone from using this scam auction company. 10% plus deposit plus transaction fee plus credit card fees. GFY!

Ritchie Bros has been in the business many years. If you find that your experience is less than ud expect contact them real time. They will find a way to resolve most issues and they seem to be one of fww auctions who have nothing to expose and list items with all the positives and megatives so when your equipment arrives is all of what u expected it to be wo any suprises. 5 star in my book.

Pointless app. No possible way to bid on it or view going bids during the auction. The app should have notified me when I got outbid on items I had bid on and it didn't. Everything you do redirects you back to Google Chrome or the internet browser. When you go on Google Chrome separately to look up an upcoming auction, it redirects you to the app only to be redirected to Google Chrome. I wouldn't bother installing this app, just stick to bidding on your internet browser of choice.

Login, browse, bid, pay, then pick up your new big boy toys. Its just that simple!

For a company that does auctions so we'll, this app is terrible. I have purchased over 20 pieces of equipment from RB since 2008. During the last auction I had such an awful experience I just gave up on three pieces of equipment I was trying to purchase; it's just to cumbersome and odd to transfer between timed and live auction items.

Updated the app. Now cannot edit the watchlist to remove old items. Cannot view any items in the watchlist. A network error comes up when trying to view current watchlist items and old items nothing happens. App worked great before the update. Spoke with customer service and they told me I had to edit the watchlist from the website and not the app.

Worst app I have ever seen. Doesnt show updates on the auctions. Doesnt remind you when your items are coming up or being auctioned. No reminder whatsoever except once the auction is done and it shows you the final results. This whole app and the auction was a waste of time.

Richie bros app is getting better judging by outher reviews. Its simple to use and loads faster then the website on slow networks. The only problem I have run into with the app it self was when I save a vehicle to my watch list and press the back button on my phone, it exits the app. Other then that, it works great S21

I don't really see the benefit of the app. I was encouraged to download it to easily get notified and navigate bidding on my Android Samsung running the latest software. My first time bidding here and for the life of me there was no way to enter the timed auction using this app. Used my browser on my phone and won the item that way. For my purposes this app is redundant.

Horrible. Hard to navigate. Iron Planet is much easier. Hours of time trying to place a bid. Customer service is a 50 minute wait time. Still working on placing a bid. Might have to skip this platform. Don't waste your time bidding on this sight.

Logs you out all the time, doesn't work well at all

One suggestion would be to sell the small ticket items last after the bigger machinery. Sometimes I am interested in some tools, etc that are at an auction that is further away from home, but would only bid on it if I win the auction on the bigger equipment. So that way I could get the small ticket items trucked together with the big equipment.

Bidding side never would load. On wifi off wifi didnt matter. Just says loading. As far as reviewing equipment it is ok but the search is cumbersome. Won't let u zoom photos in timed auction items

The categories are redundant. Searching and navigating this app is frustrating. Alot of pictures do not load. So really just like the website.

I had ironplanet and my phone was stole so I had to replace it, and missed my auction time so went to download it again and found the RB app its nothing like it predecessor, I'll find something else.

All time I get a message that is disconnected, check your internet, but my connection is excellent, also all time and suddenly ask me to insert my user name and password, I emailed to support and asked me to delete it with reinstall, but it still the same issue. I replied to the same email since that sending time no one responded

After filling out an application on your site, my personal information has shown up on the black web. I never heard back from anyone after filling out the application, and then I was notified that my information showed up on the black web.

It says it will email you when you're out bit but this last sale proved that was a lie. It said i had the highest bid then all of a sudden it says it sold for $10,000 more then i bid. Either open your sales back up or fix this POS app. DO NOT GET THIS APP!!!!

Tailor made app. I mean literally. Made by tailor. A. Does not sync with main account B. Can't bid with it C. Clicking item won't take you to auction D. You can at best view and search, that's it

Notification of updates to the inventory on watchlist is about all I got from the app. Otherwise it really doesn't add value to my program.

Literally the worst app I've ever used no real-time info. It bounces back to Chrome for any info at all. Doesn't show current bids, yours or otherwise. Useless app. Just use the website. Even that is pathetic imo.

Is there a way to search equipment from only one city from a regional auction? I would like to see only equipment in Medford Minnesota as I will not be traveling to Kansas City or Chicago. It's annoying to have to look at a lot of stuff I definitely won't buy And have to figure out what's where.

Your app is complete garbage!!! It resets without requests constantly. In fact its not even an app, it's nothing more than a link to your website. Horrible, just horrible!!!

My watch list is constantly stalling and now on auction day it won't pull up. Buy sure as the sun comes up, I can get notifications from other auctions!
