The app is excellent. It is very informative. A go to for wellness and it doesn't have a lot of disruptive ads. I just started using the app and I enjoy my experience. Even though the videos were slow to upload, it might have been on my end but I love this app.
I love the app. It not only works smoothly, but the appearance is very pleasing. You will find anything in the app concerning mental/physical health, beauty and your home. All the products are created and designed to balance your home life. I love it all!

I like this app but I can't find the memorable moments icon like it shows up before installing the app can someone show or tell me where I can find this please
Locationtracking doesn't work, it only shows the same 5 stores that aren't even in my country even though the city where I live has two different stores. It makes order and pick up in store absolutely useless.
The app is beautiful but for some reason it won't give me the option to change my country from the UK to Ireland for orders. Would be great if I could use the app to shop also!
Quick and easy to find the products required. Love tge magazine and yoga pages.
The app is not good enough. Orders get stuk, discount codes cannot be entered at once, sometimes you have to close and open several times and place the order again to see the discount option. The website works just as bad. I've entered multiple times one order which in the end did not go through but it took my money when it appeared that Rituals did not receive it. A total mess that needs a lot of work! I love the products and yhe physical stores but the app and website are terrible!
Slow, awkward and unintuitive. It takes 2-5 seconds for every single action. Things are nested inside others, with no consistent method, making browsing a pain. Certian features are just downright stupid - when removing items from my basket, why must i scroll down the numbers on a wheel, instead of tapping the one I want, or selecting from a normal drop-down menu?

Very easy navigation and easy to find products and get notified if products you are wanting are out of stock,as soon as they become available.

I love this app. It's stylish and easy to use, the only thing missing is a wishlist setting in the shop...perhaps something to consider on future updates.
App is good, but it is different from actually going onto Google and checking the ritual website there. Online has more products available which I thought was strange.
Loving the magazine, meditation and even gonna try the yoga. Recipes look amazing and definately gonna spoil myself with some skincare. Well done! When can we expect next agazine season☺
Easy to find products. Quick delivery
The app was working fine until 9th December when it tried to update and couldn't. I uninstalled and tried to re-onstall to see if that would fix the issue but it's no longer installing. I've sent feedback about it several times but still no conclusion.
Love this company and really enjoy the app. Few issues with the app such as if you search a certain product and you want to see all the ranges it's available in and you select one to read about the scent, you can't go back to the list, you have to research again. Some of the 'click here' links are not present.
This app is garbage. Trying to sign up and an "unknown error" which isn't explained keeps occurring. That's not including the fact that I had to add the product to my cart a million times with a million error messages before it actually gets added. Long story short, I haven't been able to shop.
Easy to use Beautiful layout Only annoyance is forcing a free gift you don't necessarily want. You can't proceed with browsing or purchasing until you do so. There should be an option to opt out of free gifts. Other than that it's a cool app.
This app is amazing. Not only that you can purchase your favorite products but you can also follow Yoga and Guided Meditation and the art of sleeping podcasts. I have been using the guided meditation and yoga videos and I feel really great. A much needed application especially during this lockdown. Good job Rituals!
Love the products, the scent is wonderful and I get lots of compliments, the app is easy to use and delivery is really quick. It's nice to get the free gifts and you can order refills, the only issue is the amount of items out of stock.
The app is not working properly with the promotions like selection of member gift. The screen to select shows up as blank and you just get an error when trying to clik on the page.
