Really horrible. Application doesn't work. Everytime I want to use a feature it prompts me to log in and login feature doesn't work, and I keep changing my password which works but eventually i can't even log in. Also worst customer service, taking more than a month to receive a refund on my returned item, and I still didn't receive it.

The app was working great, but the last 4 months I tried multiple times to buy from the app. It kept giving me an error ( invalid card), the funny thing is I used the same cards to buy from the app multiple times and it was fine. And nothing wrong with my cards.

The products are nice. But the buying process is faulty. The order didn't go through but still my card was charged. Previously I needed to return items and it took 3 month to get the refund. I addition, the advertised coupons are misleading. They say 15 or 30 % but when you check out they are much less than that. Even if you follow terms and conditions There is something seriously wrong with their financial department

it's not available for online shopping in Egypt but it's nice app with too many modest choices love it

Every time I open notifications the app closes

Very slow and doesn't work properly. Very frustrating to use especially with searches and filters. My first experience was really good les than 14 hours i got my order, but the second time over 8 days and still nothing.

Since 3 years I have been complaining about how the app is tooo slow to do shopping. Searching, add/remove wishlist or basket is ridiciolusly annoying and disappointed. It is torturing and even like a patient test rather than shopping. Please fix this problem as soon as possible or I will wait to Shop your products online till you have a Shop at trendyol as the fastest and best&enjoy app!

Very very very bad experience with online shopping by your app, sizes is wrong, and return took a very long time, and until now, didn't receive my money, just delay,,, making complaints and no response only, they said under follow up,, really this will be last time to deal with, and wanna share this with every one!

Very bad app always crashing ' hard to shop and navigate and prices not update and higher than the website u really beet to work on it

I had the app for a long time it's was OK at first, then if the item out of stock there is no refund despite contacting them multiple times. And suddenly the app deleted from my phone and it refuses to download again.

I keep getting an error message that says "HTTP 403 forbidden." Images don't load. Basically, it cannot be used for its purpose. Also, why do retail outlets think apps are the answer for customers wanting to shop? I'd prefer a website. I don't want to waste my memory on an app I'll use 3 times a year maximum.

Payment through the application or website does not work in America and customer services are the worst thing you can deal with and they do not have any experience or professionalism in dealing with customers and solving their problems

Worst delivery service ever. I ordered many items and the order came after two weeks with incorrect items for two times with the sane mistake.. Delay delay delaaaay then wrong order! Many calls to CS and complains and followup but also without any action. Seriously its very bad experience

Worst experience ever , really your app is horrible , i am trying to call all shops since 2 weeks and no answer even for the whatsup number that is mentiones no one reply. My basket was full since 2 weeks and everyday i open iy and try to checkout but it is giving me unavailable , now all my order is out of stock . Very bad review

They sent me a torn, damaged item. And no reply from customer service. I have been shopping this brand from thier outlet gor years now but this online is worst. Never nuykng again. Disappointed

By far the worst experience I have had with online shopping. They delivered the wrong size and I have been following up with them for four weeks with no solution. Their customer service is unprofessional and unresponsive. I would not recommend this to anyone

It stopped working. Blank page. This app is only suitable for Apple Apps. I installed it on my Ipad and it worked perfectly.

Not able to install the application at all. It used to be on my mobile then it disappeared and not installing any more.

The application has this annoying music that won't stop playing, even when I went out of the application, it's still playing!!

the "filter" is not working, there is no option for hiding out of stock items and little bit slow. very bad customer service and rude employees

App can be improved to ensure filters work properly. Lots of items and sizes out of stock.

Good but slow while browsing , sizes are not clear at all , different cuts has same size charts

I had the app on my mobile then after updating operating system it was deleted I tried to install it again but no luck

My wishlist is full but i can't open it!!! Filters doesn't work when I'm searching for products.
