Security questions link user to wrong public records. An Absolutely frustrating app. Passwords do not match laptop or desktop password.

Horrible tech support. App dosent allow log in. Bank doesn't know why it won't work. If you care about your money don't use this app or bank. Very unprofessional. I have a business account with river city and will close it now because of my experience with this app.
Ever since the latest T-mobile update (Samsung Galaxy S9), the app malfunctions, especially the mobile deposit function: the camera is rotated 90 against the vertical and the aspect ration is jumbled up (images are squished or stretched really thin). Please fix it!
