I loved this app and I love RI clothes for my kids. Just hope the app keeps working.

App was working fine till after an update late last year it just won't open and keeps saying I'm in the US and I'm not! Uninstalled and reinstalled a few times, same problem.

Unable to launch the app - gettin info not available in US - which makes no sense! This is still not fixed...

This app is saying us I'm wanting the UK shopping on line app as I have always used it the app us launch is very slow not easy to use either..

Always shop in River Island. Just a shame the stores always have loads of size 8's and 10's. Being a 14 or 16 it's easier to buy online. This app is simple and easy to navigate. I have used it for a long time and don't normally rate apps however RI is easy and great to see different sizes!!

Confusing checkout, can't work out how to apply my discount code. Firstly I completely missed the point where you enter it and had to exit the checkout and start again, once I found it, I can't work out how to actually apply it, there's no add button? So I don't know if the code is no longer valid or there's a problem with the app. CTA's on checkout were unclear, I wasn't sure how to select my delivery address, then I realised I needed to tap the entire address. I abandoned my basket.

Clothes are OK, but expensive so not meant for college students . It is very annoying that when I click on an item it says "quick they're selling out" or whatever. I don't want to get that notification every time.

lack of neseccary info. my country was excluded from the list of delivery, however there is no info about it in the main page, I could only see it in the middle of checkout process. but they keep on sending me notifications about all kind of things,even about that I left smth in my bag which is ridiculous, as if I could buy it and left it there. in general,RI is very bad in informing customers,right after Brexit I placed an order and was charged custom fee about which I wasn't warned beforehand

App doesn't open. I'm in the UK and the app thinks I'm in the US. Really disappointed.

Can't access no longer just takes me to an American site and says app don't work in US although I'm in UK

UK customer ? Like most of the reviewer's I'm also in the UK and keep getting told I can't launch it because I'm in the us even though I'm a UK resident?

I love river island for myself and older daughter and also the clothes for my 4 and 6year old daughters are amazing theres lots of choice for winter, parties, school, footwear ect i love it and there is always a sale on and the prices for my kids are amazing for the quality i can buy items for there dance and gymnastics, also shoes and winter jacket for school then have them dressed in stunning outfits to go out at the weekend i can buy everything in the online store for all my family

My experience with RI when buying and returning items has been okay. My only issue is that the clothing sizing is different from other shops, usely have to buy a bigger size.

River island one of my favourite shops but app not very good quality poor of lay out to much about advertising river island rather than streit to fashion I don't think there's enough thought put in on lay out of this app for regular customers like myself

Had issues when they sent me parcels via the post. But now they've completwly stopped shipping to Mauritius. Somehow House of Fraser can still send me parcels via DPD. Go figure.

As I have auto update on. I have had to unistall then reinstall this app and still it says "unable to load wishlist" Can you have this issue rectified please, otherwise I'm unistalling this app completely. Thank you.

Love the app one of my fave stores to shop from .. its so easy to navigate even my 5 year old daughter is on it adding her fave items .. if she can , then anyone can . Never had a problem with the app ..

Won't load anything just continuously buffers. Useless. Every other app is fine. Once a sale starts this app is pointless.

The app is super cool and I love the range of clothes. Only thing they can work on is the currencies.. South Africa is in (ZAR) South African Rand. Not Euro👍🏼

Rubbish app can only look can't order anything as it wont let u press on the item keeps saying theres an error !!! Waste of time

THIS APP STILL ISNT WORKING... It says things are available in my wishlist then when you click on them they are not available... This worked till the last 2 updates... PLEASE FIX OR IM UNINSTALLING...

the app just keeps refusing to let me pay by my PayPal or my bank card. and it just crashes. so i had to use my laptop to complete my transaction

App no longer available in the US

Every time i try to buy something ... for example costs 10£ ... when i click to proceed my payment ... will give a total of 200£ ... the aplication it doesnt work. Very desapointed !

Disappointing. Currency problems. Select Singapore CURRENCY but shows GBP pound values. More than the double amount and in pounds not SGD.

Can browse but, Won't load anything in more detail, none of the full websites work on any browser on android either.

Great app. Great quality clothes and shoes. Love dressing up my toddler in their stuff. And it accepts klarna! #happiness

i love this app because if you are going on holiday in the winter and there is no summer clothes you can gust order them (p•s my favorotie shop in the world )
