The River Region Credit Union App is a free mobile decision-support tool that gives you the ability to aggregate all of your financial accounts, including accounts from other financial institutions, into a single, up-to-the-minute view so you can stay organized and make smarter financial decisions. It is fast, secure and makes life easier by empowering you with the tools you need to manage your personal finances.

Multi-Account Aggregation: View all of your financial information (balances, transaction history, merchant spending averages) in one place for on-the-go organization.
Alerts & Notifications: Set alerts for low funds and be notified about upcoming bills.
Add Tags, Notes, Images & Geo-Information: By enhancing transactions with custom tags, notes or photos of a receipt or check, you have the ability to stay organized and find exactly what you’re looking for when searching through your finances.
Contact: Locate ATMs or branches and contact River Region Credit Union customer service directly from the app.
SAFE AND SECURE
The app utilizes the same bank-level security that protects you when you’re on Internet Banking. The app also features a unique 4-digit passcode setting that prevents unauthorized access.
GETTING STARTED
To use the River Region Credit Union App, you must be enrolled as a River Region Credit Union Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

I love the app it's easy to use and very helpful
Overall one of the more functional Financial institution apps that I have had experience with. I also use USAA, and little things such as travel notifications being able to be set on thier app and instant transfer and availability of funds is the reason I gave this app a 4/5. But overall the functionality and look of the app is very good.
This app is incredible!! I can keep track of where money goes and comes. If I have questions, I can send message with a very quick respond time. Everyone is so nice and explains things so very well. Love the app and love the bank.
Easy to use and navigate
I had to repeat the entire sequence around 10 times on 2 different days before it finally captured this check - which I do realize is a bit hard to read.
Big improvements since last use. User friendly and new options like tags to help find transactions easier. Nicer visual appearance.
Gives updates and immediate balances. Makes it easy to transfer to savings while at home. Wonderful service when I have to physically go in.
