this has to be the worse "upgrade" in the history of banking.. they closed off all account access for 3 days, can't use debit cards, pay loans, move money, etc... and switched to this... There is no way to tell what car loan im paying since they are so close together, there is a small difference but that's it. the website on a regular pc is even worse. you have to create a separate log in, which they say they dont endorse at all... to pay the loans you have with them. terrible.
App is easy to use. A little learning curve, but all the things are right there. I like that the card controls for my debit card are now in the same app. I dont have to go to a different app to manage my debit card.
The app is buggy and really uses outdated security standards. The design is also rather old by modern aesthetics. I'm happy to be able to delete it and never be forced to use it again.
The April Fool's Day joke of an upgrade was the final straw to push us to leave for another bank, but we still have car loan through RV. Cheaper loan rate to keep a checking account open. Hope to never step foot inside another RV branch until close all accounts. The RV app requires registration and approval to set up check deposits, while new bank's app doesn't. New bank way better than RV. I don't trust RV with my money given the hoops one needs to take to have access to their own money.
This upgrade is terrible. I'm ready to switch banks altogether after your upgrade.. my member number is invalid now and I can't access my accounts at all. Worst service ever and your app is pathetic.
Nice app, smart to access task, but the point is too poor for the time measure. Increase the reward

They are very helpful and courteous. Don't find that much anymore.

Not a fan of this AT ALL
The recent update came along with no warning, and cleared all my saved logins. In order to access my account, I have to call RVCU, and for some reason I have to be logged in to access the "contact us" link. "Forgot password?" requires knowing the username, with zero alternative verification options such as phone number, email, security questions, anything. I've used fingerprint for at least a year so I wouldn't have to remember login info. VERY FRUSTRATED having to jump through hoops.
