Can no I get past the pin number or something it's kind of ridiculous especially sometimes when you're homebound can you try to fix this as soon as possible because you can't even get into rivers and it's kind of like any customer or whatever

I like playing online, it is fun but on several occasions and during a bonus game the game will just shutdown/close on me and does not give my winnings during that game. I have lost over $200 due to this.

I created an account today and after I deposited money and played a few games it log me out and would not let me log back in saying that my password was wrong, even tho I was sure that it wasn't as I had just created the account a few hours before and still had my login information right in front of me. Every attempt I made to reset my password or recover my account did not work all my emails to customer support went unanswered and my money is still in the account
BetRivers is the slowest clunkiest SportsBook app there is, period. Sometimes clearing the cache & even all data makes it work better but it has so many other bugs that it isnt worth installing. It is terrible.
