This app is not working recently on my android Samsung phone!!!! Very strange
Is this normal? I tried getting a cab last night but was unsuccessful as there were no available cabs in the area. I checked my debit card transactions this morning and I have multiple charges on my card even though I never got a cab from here!
When I first downloaded this app a few years ago it worked fine but I recently changed my phone but kept the same number and now I can't use the app, it says that I'm not registered to use it but if I try to put in new information it says that the number is already registered. Can someone please help me fix this problem?

Even though other cab companies take the calls but its awesome.
I don't like the look of the new update. It's way more confusing, where as the previous version was way easier to use and view. I can't even find where my address history is which was something I found very very useful. I also vantage drag a pin point to where I want to show my pick up location which was also another tool I found very useful.

I love this car service! It's always on time. When they say 2 mins they mean it. I was using this other car service but they were always late and never had any cars available on sat nights and would tell me to call back! No matter what time it is or when I call Riverside they always have a car ready for pick up in 5 mins or less! Excellent, only small gripe I have is the phone operator speaks so fast I have to ask him to repeat it, but other than that 5 stars for Riverside

Let's you know how long, where the driver is at. This app uses all car services not just Riverside. It's better than calling a dispatcher. I am a very satisfied customer all the time!!!

Best car service out there . I've been using it for years and now is more convenient with the new app.
This is by far my go to service in uptown New York City. They always say 2 minutes when i call and when I'm far Into the Bronx it may go up to 5 minutes . I just took a cab and received the message of an app available and I can't be happier about using it on my way home.

The app itself is fine when it works. But if you try to order a ride paying with a card, and they cannot initially find an available driver, you will be charged anyway. This has happened to me several times & the "pending charges" stay on my account for 4-6 DAYS (making those funds unavailable) until the company finally finalizes things and/or cancels the faulty charges. NOT good.
