UPDATE, 4-6-22 THE APP KEEPS CRASHING CAN YOU GUYS GET THIS FIGURED OUT PLEASE AND FIX IT? IT'S VERY FRUSTRATING. I HAVE TO KEEP RESTARTING MY PHONE JUST TO GET IT TO LOAD finally an app to get things done

The app is clunky. I've had to uninstall and reinstall a number of times. I love the deposit ability but many of the other functions are not user friendly. The online system also gives access to bill pay and Pop Money which is not in the app. Latest updates cause continuous errors that won't allow the app to even connect.

I love the ease of 24/7 banking. Staff is friendly & helpful. Good solid business foundation. Involved in community.

The only problem I have is the format. I want to see the end balance after every transaction. If I see a potential issue, after logging into the app, I have to log into the mobile sight to see the details I need. Aside from that one minor issue, great banking app.

I like this app other than it doesn't say which account is checking or savings. It just shows numbers. It makes making transfers difficult.

Fantastic! I used to get pretty anxious using my card instead of just pulling cash out of fear of just not having the money for something ( no matter how much or little was in the account ), and now I can always check after I spend and feel much more content.

I love the riverways app,and riverways in general! I like being able to check my accounts anytime I want!! Transfer whenever I want,and also deposit cash or checks after hours at the atm!! Riverways Federal Credit union is the way to go!! Thank you Riverways for making my life easier!

Well made and user-friendly. The allowance for fingerprint entry is very convenient. All-around excellent.

I abdolutely love this bank. Never loved banking before riverways. The app is so easy. Would never change. And I always reccomend this bank and app to EVERYONE!!!

Been using this app for 2 years never a problem until yesterday now it won't open I have Uninstalled it and reinstalled it multiple times restarted phone and still won't work

Been on this app for three years and for almost a month it hasn't been opening at all, practically unusable.

Love this easy to use app only down fall is all my accounts never seem to be connected so I can switch money and transfer funds to and from all accounts

Seams easy to navigate. Still figuring out all the futures but liking the overall experience so far.

There's a few bugs here and there when it comes to the fingerprint scan, but otherwise, the app works well.

Your app doesn't work that well. I have to remove it at least 3 times a week and reinstall it so that it will open. Ibusevthe website more than the app because its faster.

the app needs to be fixed. it says i have $0 and then when i go to the atm it says i have money. mobile banking is a waste of time if it's not done right. please fix this.

fast and easy to use. only thing I wish it had was text alerts for any transaction

Great app for checking your balance and reviewing your transaction history! But it is very limited on most other features.

Moved to the area a few months back from Georgia and the bank has been a huge help in transitioning. The app works flawlessly. I love it.

I love this app. It allows me to make transfers whenever I need to or wherever I need to conveniently. And he keeps me up-to-date on anything. I need to know.

It freezes up contantantly. I have to uninstall and reinstall every time I want to use it.

App worked fine until it asked me to update it so I updated and now it won't even open! So frustrating.

Easy to understand ans you can transfer money pay your loans and everything on this app. Love it.

Love how convenient this app is for me. And when I cant do what I want on here, I can just call one of the friendly helpful employees.

Says no network connectivity and error. The 1-877 customer support number is not a working number on actual website.

I enjoy the fast friendly services everytime I go and the phone app is wonderful as well.

It seems to have some issues lately with a message to call. Not sure what is causing this.
