After last update the app isn't functioning well just for viewing. Buttons are not responding white pages you can't do anything. New version isn't working also. You only have the browser option Disappointed useless

the app is really fast and paying the credit card is instant. i also add bebeficiaries and transfer to them. only thing was last week the sms codes havent worked snd i get an error ssying cannot connect to server. the app might just need updating so i will update now and see.

SMS during log is not fitched auto. SMS delay. tranfeer money too much mandatory fields. App crashes from time to time. a message " your account is beeing used in another device" appears even if the account is not in use.

irritating, always Invalid User ID/Name and Password. for several times I've been changing password. I even have email confirmation. I can't log in. this app never works!

The old version is way much better than this! Much simpler and nicer, no problem using it before, but now I cannot use the app anymore because of the sign in problem. Please revert back to the older version.

Why did the bank remove the verification code auto detection festure? Please put it back. It saves time and effort especially when visibility is an issue. Thanks for listening to your client' feedback!

Problem while adding someone to transfer money!! I tried many times to add someone to transfer money to him but always get the message " An error occurred" I don't know how can i get a solution for this problem!!!

It became hard to deal with, and kind stupid. It's asking me the password and says not correct, even I entered the correct password.

I can't see Jarir Book Store option in newly added Hassad Mall tab. This is unavailable even at website as well. Please add it ASAP. Redemption option is no more visible at this app since June 08, 2020.

does not work. correct username and password filled in but app reply is " username and password are not correct". i saw similar comments too. fix the app please

very bad app very slow un responsive..waste of time after 10 minutes receiving authentication sms when the page gets expire !!!

Cannot even sign up... !! Wasted 1 hour for sign up.. not even showing what idls the mandatory to create new pass word.. either showing not valid password nor even after entering 15 figures its showing not enough strength... 👎👎👎

I have dowload the application and i creat new user id and password but when i enter the both in application a msg popuping saying invalid user id or password then i have creat another pasword again the same coming more than 4 time i change my pasword still its not working can you explain why its happening... Cannot open the upgrade, and worst now i cannot open the application if i dont upgrade. Very bad application upgrade.

Overall this app is to much better but money transfer to international is not good, few days ago I transfer money but still not delivered.

Fix your riyad pay app for Android please it's been 6 month and the app is not working at all with an error (check your internet connection)

This app is not working in my Xiaomi Mi9 phone. Every time i try to login, its showing error message "Please try again after 5 mins".

I always recieve error message, therefore I could not do any transaction since installation for more than 10 days

this is very lite and easy to use. unlike to the new one cannot open anymore.
