One of the worst apps i have ever used. To use any drop down menu the app needs to load the information, which can take 5 minutes on 4 bars of 4G, if it even loads it causing me to waste time watching the spinning wheel of unproductivity. Someone advised us to DL their new app, which we did, but after spending a week trying to make it work properly and then an hour on the phone, we found out that we have to subscribe to all RM's subscriptions to use. Horrible waste of time.
While it never crashes, i get a loading screen *every* time i try to use any drop down menu, on wifi and 4G. It also rarely loads tenant's phone numbers and the glaring question of why can't i view PDFs only comes with the answer, "it is not currently supported, but you can request this in a future update" with no option to download the file and view it in another medium or even why didnt the company feel it was important for me to view any attached document before hand. No forethought.
1 star because it won't let me give 0. I have been in management maintenance 15 years and this is the most unreliable app I have ever seen. Constantly disconnects and times out to the point I am working on fixing the app more than my work orders.
It only gets one star because it exists. This app is always giving me problems, and slowing me down to get my work done. They need to get it together or get gone. December 26th 2019 still problem after problem after problem this app is garbage
This app doesn't allow me to log in via the mobile app on my Android phone. & I've even used several logins from my coworkers who have access on their phones.
notifications stopped working all of a sudden. can't figure out how to turn back on
Bought a new phone now I can't log into this app to pay my rent. The old phone is smashed so there's no using that one to pay rent...
It doesnt work most the time, all week I havent been able to load photos because the category button doesnt work. .

Horrible app, constantly crashing, and only able to upload recent photos in gallery vs seeing folder view for uploads makes this a real pain to use. Also no ability to set to upload only on wifi, old UI that looks and feels like garbage, and tons of other issues that make using this app one of the most unpleasant experiences about my job.
Bad design, terrible UI, constant issues and crashing. They need to hire/contract a professional app development team for the money we pay for their software.
Dont buy this or use it terrible application nothing but frustration. Not for professional use in the least and the development team seems to be optimizing only for potatoe use.
Every time they update this app it is broken for a few days to a week. It is clumsy and their support is unhelpful, unknowledgeable and dismissive.
Had a lot of frustration on getting items uploaded, I had to go to corporate office to make up dates on my work orders. Had 10 items uploading for quite a few days. I had to shut off phone at night so the battery would not die .
App. Stops and does not upload all images. Nor does it assign them to the correct category. Just did an inspection and it lost 90% of my images. Wasting precious time with this app. Very dissatisfied!!!
Tired of looking at 2,000 past tenants on the payment screen. Been asking for a P/C/F filter for 2 years. Get with the program.
Need this app to issue reminders to users! Also, the inability to upload multiple photos to the Images tab of a property makes it useless, in my opinion.
Used to work better before update. Whole app reboots when you return to home screen, it didn't used to do that, you could leave the app running in the background and jump back in a few seconds later. Removing this feature made it much more frustrating (read: time consuming) to use.
Would be better if we could manage prospects (enter and add information, activity, etc) like a mobile CRM.

Very disappointed
App always has trouble connecting, forcing me to go to the office to finish work orders. The Pro version is absolutely no better. Of the seven different apps I have to use for my job, only the two versions of this app have any issues. If it were up to me, the company would drop your system immediately.
