App is slow. Not very user friendly. I have notifications but when I open the app I can't find what the notifications pertain to.
Update: the app still glitches, but it's gotten better. Just about every problem I could have with this app, I've experienced. It deletes information, it keeps information I try to delete. It won't let me login sometimes even after I've changed my password, it won't let me add pictures even with all permissions on. It won't clock me in, it will clock me out on its own, and it won't clock me out sometimes. It loses pictures, it doesn't properly submit some issues, the list goes on.
This app is just as much garbage as the other one. Every week when I go to edit work orders there is inevitably an issue, either the login won't work or it won't pull up the work orders. It's extremely maddening that my company won't switch to a different system as this one is absolutely terrible. It is damn near useless. Update: 5/26/21 Still a garbage app. Works for a few days, then says wrong username/ password even though I log on to the desktop with the exact same credentials.
Your app and the answering service is VERY slow.......when I delete jobs they reappear, in other words I dislike this app VERY much!!
Overall it's working well. Our biggest complaint is there appears to be no way to filter to only display current tenants, so when a person in the field searches by unit # they get current plus all the past tenants. I reached out to support, there is no filter. The least they could do is make the default current tenants only.
Totally, utterly, useless. Our company uses all Samsung Galaxy S10 and S20 phones, and this app crashes non stop. We have been working with rent manager for 6 months looking for a fix, and still zero progress. We also pay for their voip system for making calls through the app which is equally useless. My phone will start ringing and ringing, but give me no prompts to answer or silence it, it just rings and rings like its possessed. Rent Manager is NOT mobile friendly.
App has no admin apparently. No updates, and constant issues. Cannot save assigned w/o's. Terribly problematic. 2/15/21; Called as requested, was asked a few questions and transferred, only to be hung up on, stellar service right there!
If there is anyway to update Capture on this app to include being able to add PDFs and Word docs from this feature vs just photos? Also, used to be able to pull photos from other galleries vs. only your camera gallery. Can you please change this back so we can pull from any folder? ie, gallery, downloads, screenshots etc.
The Service list views, filters, and sorting works well, however if you try to work with the apps functionalities (e.g. time in time out, upload picture, editing p.o.) its a painful experience it keeps on crashing.
This is a awesome app. I'm am having difficulties now with it uploading my pictures. Keeps saying History/notes are not editable. If you could help me fix this that would be AWESOME!
It would be much better if we could search contacts by property/building/unit instead of name/phone number/account number. The Help File also doesn't explain search terms for Contacts, only what you can do after you find one.
It's just so hard to navigate and understand, terrible user interface.
It wont save notes that have images attached to them. I make the note and attach the image to it and it's there. But after I press submit and it uploads the issue, the whole not is gone.
No ability to transfer/conference calls within the app. No way to do violations. No way to search tenant by unit number within the Contacts section, which would be handy for... everyone.
The app keeps telling me that my username and password are invalid. Although I have confirmed all information is correct that has been entered. This app is useless
Before I could upload from all pictured in the gallery, now only from capture shows up. Others would send me their pictures to upload to put ib the system and now I can't. Is there a way to have all pictures show up again?
Needs a feature to sort orders into same areas ie buildings or addresses to make planning easier. Other then that it's an awsome app
This app is worst than the old one. The Pro app always freezes and wont load. Your better off staying with the first app.
I have a z fold3 and the app will not let me upload pictures to the notes in work orders. Makes my job very difficult. Please fix. Asap
Zero stars.Mine says "Unhandled Exception" and wont let me do anything.My coworker's is the same.Worked great for 2 weeks prior to this. Since then I was called about what happened and now have had success for 2 weeks!!!
chances made in app and remain in "unsaved issues" list even after pressing submit. Takes photos with App and they do not appear in Rent Manager. Issue reported to developers, no resolution.
90% of my usage of RM is to accept rent payments from 67 tenants and this app doesn't let you do that. Set it up to accept payments without charging convenience fees and I'll reinstall.
Screen went black when tried to take picture image and it never came out of the black.
Really poor. I use RM12 in my computer all day long and when tried to use the mobile app, it's simply not enough. Poor.
The desktop version is awesome. Mobile app not so much.
Can only add notes one time before having to uninstall and reinstall.
I cannot receive calls. They ring but I cannot pick up or hear. They also ring thru my pc at the same time .
Been using this app for awhile now, good features but it will give you trouble with the upload on inspection reports when you get around the 100 mark on the photos. Then during the upload you can and will lose your photos. You can use the older app and save yourself the headaches. Time is money in the rental business having to do reports twice is unacceptable.
