This bank has so many problems to it. The app doesn't work properly and they change things so often it effects pay checks and travel plans and it effects your life. If you want to keep people in your bank make it better! Seriously thanks for ruining my vacation this weekend due to your stupid new system that is messing up everyone's paycheck! Get it fixed!
I love this application, it always works for me. Your customer service is great specifically the fraud detection department, they do not take any chances. I recently made an online purchase that they didn't notice as a normal purchase for me, so they blocked my account and contacted me within 5 minutes to verify that It was me. THAT IS WHAT I CALL SECURITY. THANK YOU RMLEFCU😊
Easy app that can accomplish daily tasks. Really wish they would keep more history of images of the checks that are deposited, so I can use it the following year to do my taxes or help reconcile a clients account when we find a mistake.
Very often glitches of various kinds. like it's trying hard to keep me from signing in. very frustrating.
i have been trying for 11 days to use depositzip. 3 days on phone with bank to deposit 2 checks. Was told it was something on their end. What ever it is needs to be fixed NOW! Very unsatisifed with depositzip. Fix it and you will get a 5 star raiting.
Usually works perfectly fine, though Ive tried to sign in recently and keep getting error messages. Been happening the past two days. Thought I'd let you know.
have been a part of 2 other credit unions in the past. RMLEFCU is by far the best one! found my home for banking. The app is well put together for all my mobile banking needs.
Loads fast, user friendly, and looks great! I recommend using this app if you bank at Rockey Mountain Federal Credit Union. It is way better than the browser version.
This bank is the definition of garbage. It takes almost three days just to deposit money into your account and the app has completely reset on me four separate times. 1/5 would not recommend.

Good as far as mobile banking apps go. On occasion it can be a bit buggy.
I have another account with a different credit union that I guess uses the same company to design their app because when I try to log in to this app it takes me to the other credit unions app.
Makes mobile banking very easy and fast! Their IT team continues to stay on top of the game!

I love the new quick peak balance screen before you log in.
User friendly and has most banking options at your finger tips.
They never show the correct balance; I go to the app and keep track but that's impossible when they never show you the real balance. I have to keep track myself and then they try to charge twice if courtesy fees. I told them not to charge me for courtesy fees because I didn't sign up for that to just decline the transaction and they said okay and this has happened more then once. This app is completely useless and because of the inaccuracy of this app they're taking money I don't have.
