Worst app. Crashing crashing and crashing all the time that too on multiple smartphones. Mailed to their support, got 1 mail about specifications, replied, but after my reply there is pin drop silence from support team. Just a thought... Why don't cp plus remove this app from playstore and stop our harrasment. My next dvr wont be cp plus, this is for sure.

There is a Critical bug in app, its not opening in one click need to click multiple times and even after once open its getting closed frequently like in 10-15 min with and error of Bug.

Worst app ever. Always crashing. If one opens this app for 100 time, it's crashes 90 times and opens for only 10 times. Such a irritating and useless app. Is the developer going to modify this? It's been more than a year when I complaint and nothing improved.

I have been using it for quite a while now and suddenly one day the app has stopped working. As soon as i open the app, it gets closed automatically. Cant login or if at all managed to login all footages are blacked out even though the cameras are u touched and working. Something has broken that cpplus is unaware of.

Lots of bugs,the app is not open maximum time, it displays error..after trying more than 10 /150times sometimes it opens up...very very poor performance, need to update for higher android version ,otherwise I hv to change cp plus company product and will move to other brand..

App kept stopping. Need urgent update. The app is very old and it is for older version of Android. New users are facing a lot of issues with the app.. Kindly release update with bugs fixed and fixing other issues..

Very bad and very disappointing because neither its supporting in any of the androids nor it is version 3 as in apple or i phone rmob is version 1.3.. Not expected at all and a very bad experience Previously it use to work but then now what is the problem its just not at all right

The app keeps on crashing. You just can't login. It keeps hanging as soon as you start the app and keeps crashing until I try to login for like 15 times.

When you open this app, it closes automatically. If you ever try to login again, it closes automatically. I changed the mobile handset and saw the same problem. So it cannot be used willingly.

App stopped working last few days. Camera list is displayed but black screen comes after clicking on any of the caemra. Tried clearing cache and installing again. Please fix it asap.

Bad experience. The app doesn't open at once. It takes atleast 8-10 tries to opem it which kills a lot of time . Kindly fix it ASAP

Crashed almost every time. Unable to check from last few months, contacted in customer service but no resolution till now. Need to update this app and fix crashing issue.

App Crashing ..I have 5 devices..and app installed on every phone...but whenever I try to open the app..it crashes...i mean..if u r making a security related app ..it should open also...if not... what is the mean for this type of security?

My app takes 10 mins in opening. I am not satisfied with the app. In starting when i installed cameras it worked fine but now it is not working properly.

What is the point of downloading an app to see the the CCTV footage in a place when the the camera footage won't open. Now if I want to see what going on the camera in desperate times I can't. What is the point of this app when it does do it's one job.

App is crashing. Try by clearing data and cache but not working still crashing.also try unstalling and again installing but not working. This problem persist from last 20 days

Waste App Crashing again and Again many a times I have mailed to C. P Plus Support also but till now no Action has been taken yet by the Company to Repair and Fixed the bugs and no Update has been yet for this app if things like this happen people might be forced to shift to Hikvision of dahua or else other any brand in market if action does not been taken by the Company. Very disappointed by C. P PLUS.

the app was closing it self when we open , lot of bugs, no updates very given since last 1 year, customer support was not helpfull, i don't recommend this company products to purchase to buy...

There is no option to update the app, the old version keep crashing and doesn't open. Worst app and no response from the developer. 0 star from me
