Recenetly app updated, but more improvement is needed to be in market. No pleging request provided App is very sloww Where is portfolio in this app , slow than other trading platform , no current price showing in order after putting order .not very much user friendly like Angel and zerodha . Kindly update this app and make it simple and user friendly

Can't open as fast as zerodha. Fund transfer fees charging. Some technical problems in portfolio and order page. Not showing console. Need to take interest in technical side and improve

It is rubbish that every two days the password and m-pin are given wrong and there is also a lot of problem of money transfer. And their trading calls are also mostly wrong. I have lost a lot because of them

Worst experience. Not able to see MF and NSE IPO's As per support team, you are supporting only BSE IPO's. For invest you have to call them, you can't purchase online. Already confirm with your support team and they agreed. After IPO allotments it will take 1 day to refresh online it means you will never get listing gain. Also all the IPO purchase price and other details are not correct. Worst Experience!

Hanging problem,very slow app very bad experience ,use less app

Still some issues to be sortedout like hanging suddenly, updating the quotes with a lag etc during this period no order is honoured either buy or sell. In the app when we are ordering its better if we can be shown how much margin is required for that order and how much margin we are having which is very much helpful for day traders.

No one responsible . Lots of bug, everytime face technical issue app not working properly.

One of the very very very very very poor & worst app. in the world. No any one tool kit no any one manegement. I asked many time to company to upgrade your application with the latest features & technology.

Very bad chart condition and very poor performance I suggest you in live never trading in r money app. You loss only money Chart performance is very.... Poor😡😡

The app does not work on Idea mobile network. Only works on Wifi.

This is worse trading platform I have ever seen. Suggestion: 1. Login with finger print 2. Light weight App so it can run faster even when internet is slow 3. No need of password change after 15 days. 4. Complete change in order and margin page it could be better a lot. 5. Work on App interface for reference see zerodha's platform 6. Chart should color full and lack of indicators 7. Money transaction are not easy with you guys, current process is use friendly. 8. App not accessible on sat& sun

Very very poor functionality. The letters repeat themselves as many times as I type. The most irritating aspect of the app.

Each and every time have to go through whole login process, also can't zoom the charts and no technical indicators, rest interface is good, *most important* upi payment system must be available please implement it.

Profit and loss shows wrong backoffice and app . I raised several times issue and team not responding. Portfolio data showing wrong . Cost sheet showing wrong data . Please update or provide alternative solution.

Poor application I faced ever. There application was not working because of this I loss 3Lakh due to this R Money application. Strongly recommend that do not use this application. The staff is not able to help during technical failure they simply state sir its a technical failure its not in our hand. Poor working poor software Unprofessional staff Worst customer care support.

Rmoney app is working fine, on non-trading hours/days its not opening, but I am satisfied with the app, in starting app speed is slow, but now it has improved a lot. Rmoney offers free call and trade, therefore if I am traveling and passing from no internet areas then also I can do trades via call without any additional call n trade charges.

Feeling great ever since the next genration app is launched.

Very Poor experience 😡, the password got expired and trying to reset but displaying error , and technical support team is available after 9:30 and i'm unable to place pre order , Pathetic app

Worst app for investors. It doesnt show buying price of the stock.It conventional and not upgrading as their peers. Now it has little bit improved but still there is huge scope for improvement.

There is finger print unlock option, but unfortunately the option is not working in Android 11.I don't know why please fix the bug as soon as possible

Dear, kindly update your app, your app is very slow, work slow many times. Shows diffrent prices. Plzz update it and use fast technology. Improve it as soon as possible.

This app is good for traders who wants trades on the go, rmoney team support is awesome, free call and trade facility makes a difference for me.... May be not well known name but have presence from 2004, same i have checked with Sebi and other sites.........

very very bad app.every time it's showing initialing for 1st use but not openning even in 2gb avilable ram out of 3gb and 12gb internal memory out of 16gb.Network speed 2mbps download speed but still same error.

Charts are not upto mark and it's not handy like other trading platform but as per information purposes it's very useful.

App is good ,UI is outdated but they have low brokerage than zerodha and upstox and no AMC charges,charts are also useless.overall they are not charging amc and brokerage is also low so this app's UI and functionality is justified you get what you paid for.

Very complicated You can't even know your profits on holdings, you have to calculate it by yourself I hope they will add this feature soon otherwise I am switching to another platform

Very Useless and outdated app. Neither it is user friendly. Quited the service. Not even 1star. You can also not buy IPO.
