Very poor designed app, hard to use and using the Jobticket in the app is even worse! You have to choose if you want to use your Jobticket as plastic card or in the app, you can't have both. That's super stupid, if there would be zero stars this app would deserve that!
It's the worst app I have ever seen. Worst, the most useless, the most disfunctional. it's supposed to be a ticket app yet you cannot buy tickets.
Why why why can't companies in Germany make a proper digital app. Give it up please and ask developers in the other EU countries to make digital apps. How do you have a ticket app that you can't purchase tickets.
Payment never works. This app is horrible, tooich time spent constantly worrying about payments.
Payment with credit card does not work if your bank has any sort of security system. This app had one job...
This app needs improvement!
Old login doesn't work anymore and password forgotten function is broken. Not user friendly. Old app isn't supported anymore...
Not very user friendly.
VRN, please change your payment provider (Logpay) as they are not able to properly manage means of payment (i e I cannot pay for tickets and thus not buy tickets throigh this app). Both VRN and Logpay unfortunately don't care whether this poses an issue for their clients. It might therefore just be fair and consequential to discontinue this app.
