Love the app! It definitely helps in getting to different stops efficiently. Something I would like to see is a refresh option as you check off your stops, instead of optimizing. Or maybe a Stops count down. Either way this app rocks.
I'm able to provide very accurate ETAs over a large area on different daily routes over 1 and 2 month cycles. This has been very advantageous in terms of new customer acquisition as well as customer retention. To be exactly at the beginning of a 2-hour arrival window with a new customer makes a very good impression when trying to secure a contract where money will change hands over and over. This app makes me look great.
great app. would recommend to any type of driver. I would like to nit pick for the sake of improvement and speed. when I add a stop im trying to add another stop as fast as possible, but notifications pop up that block your keyboard for a solid 3 seconds. stuff like that could be looked at to allow drivers to map quicker who have 100+ stops in a day. also let's lift that limit of stops. alot of out here are doing 140 or more sometimes
First off love the app, works pretty much all the time. Accuracy could be better but I've learned my area enough to know when it's a little off. The reason for 2 stars: constantly having to relog in at random intervals. Fix that & I'll raise star count back up.
So far it's been pretty good. The only issue I have had is when I get new areas that are not yet added to the mapping system. Like new sub divisions. I am not used to routing and found this tool to be a great time/stress saver.
This app WAS awesome. Now it seems to be lacking optimal routing. I am now having to bypass part of the route because it has me backtracking. Not sure if I will keep spending $10 a month for an app that is only half useful. Now after sending SEVERAL SCREENSHOTS and numerous emails, I'm being told to update. I DO have the latest version. What gives???
Great app! Does exactly what it says. I have been using the app for months now with rare problems. Only problems are, you can't open the app on more than one device and you need to review your "Optimized" route to make sure it makes sense. Optimize does a pretty good job but doesn't consider the time places close or you may end up passing a stop just to come back to it later. Sometimes it makes sense, other times I wish I reviewed the "optimized" route and edited it.
Couldn't do what I do the way I do it without RoadWarrior. I wish I could upload routes with more than 120 stops, but the average user wouldn't need more than 120 per route. This app helps me optimize my trips, which gets me back home faster. RW even helps me see my travel path when I don't have cell service - which is a huge help as I often travel through remote areas. This app is an indispensable, productivity-boosting tool that will help get you where you're going and back.
This is amazing! I just started a new job delivering equipment and this app is a life saver. Super simple to use, never disappoints, and it puts all my stops in the best order. I love how the customization works with color coding stops, moving them in different orders. It basically makes the hardest part of my job the best part. I'd say a absolute must have for mutli route driving. Thank you devs!
Works well if you work for UPS, FedEx. Wish it had the bar code scanner featured in another app so I wouldn't have to manually enter addresses. I've been subscribed for a few weeks now and notice I'll geg logged off lately at random and have to renter my account info. Not sure if this is only an Android problem when switching through apps back to RW. Giving it a try for at least a month to see how it pans out. Will update after.
I am a relief driver. I use this for my job everyday and I can have about 30 stops in a day. I am able to save each day with multiple routes and take notes because sometimes notes are needed for where to enter a building what floor ect. Once the routes are programmed in the system they are always there. Taking you from the app to Google maps is also a pretty slick feature!!
I am a retired f16 programmer. I courier to supplement retirement income. Programming over 30 years makes me a credible reviewer. I love Road warrior ! The design is clean and intuitive. - It works perfectly with the dispatcher and map programs I have. - The list building and mod capabilties are very flexible. - Drop Stops - Check in with auto nav. On - Documentation * there is more but I am out of spa
Okay app but I've used this on Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra and S22 Ultra and auto closes randomly when toggling between the GPS app like Google Maps or WAZE and the program. When you want to switch back to Riad Warrior in the apps in the background, it's no longer there and you need to reopen it. Buggy app?
For the most part this app is very helpful. I'm a fedex express driver and this app my productivity is pretty high. The only issue I have is...Some times when you type in an address....this app will change the address for example... if I enter 56 Smith st...the app will make it 52 Smith st....so I have double check my packages some times...
Found the app to be good for planning but with bugs, and not so good when it comes to navigation functions. Entering in addresses is ok but several times the address does not match actual address options available....for example 31 Smith Road is truncated to Smith Road or changed to a different number "5 Smith Road". I have to manually amend after the route is planned, but this then does not match up with the navigation. Annoyingly close addresses default to walking in Google rather than car.
Works pretty well, but I don't like that I have to log in nearly every day. Why bother with a secure password. Might as well use an easy-to-remember password.
It took a while to fully figure out how to get the best of the app but now it's my go to planner. If I could set a time window for those stops that are time critical the rating would go up to 5 stars.
Excellent software that uses Google. 28/01/22: Update needed to save route details to a device or SD Card. I lost lots of my saved favourite routes when I changed the email address in my account and logged in with my new email. Also, the following features are needed: sync app details with the website account; include option to upload routes into the mobile app. Sort these out and you'll regain your 5 star.
As a delivery driver great app over all Update review.. this app still works great just disappointed that I pay monthly but only can put 120 stops would be nice if it could be a limited stops
Fantastic app for package delivery. I travel with my job and this app makes it very easy to get delivery done in an efficient and timely manner.
I have been using this for a year now and it has never given me any issues. I use this app 6 or 7 days a week for anywhere between 7 and 18 hours a day as a package courier. Best investment in my job
Works pretty good EDIT: I WISH I could scan addresses into the app. Typing 70 or more stops is tedious and wastes time.
Absolutely not worth $1 a month let alone $9.99 a month ($120 a year!). The app simply hands off to Google Maps requiring 5 more steps to finally get to talking-navigation mode For Each Stop! This app will cause you grief and to pick up cursing again if you are a UPS driver or any other person having an actual route. There is absolutely no reason we should have to log in to this app with a separate account outside of Android.
Personally, this app has served as a #1 tool in my job. I have a GPS installed in my van but it doesn't works as good as Road Warrior does. They have upgrading the app throughout the time(cost increase)making it much accurate and reliable. Hope it will help you as it did to my self ... Update: 4/21/22 I cancel my subscription only because I no longer needed. Like I said, RW has served my purpose. After all these years I still recommend RW. It worth every penny. Thank you!!
