RoadRunners Gatwick

The app itself is fine but the service is not. Decided to use this after a friend recommended it over uber. The first time I used it I booked two cars to collect 5 people. The app only FOUND drivers 10/15 minutes after the time I had booked them and one was 15 minutes away while the other didn't move from his location (5mins away) while we waited. Ended up cancelling the cars and driving to the station so as not to miss our train.

The old app was excellent why change it???We ask your driver's & staff & no-one knows why the change happend & even worse, why you allow this nonfunctioning app to continue to be used & not address the several issues it has. And don't think we haven't noticed your charges slowly creeping up...you should never have been allowed to buy Belfry, it has just resulted in a poorer, more expensive service with a pointless app due to no competition...sort yourselves out!!!

Terrible, why change it? The old app worked perfectly well. I can't even register on this new one as it won't send me a confirmation code. Used to use Roadrunners at least a couple of times a week but it looks like I'm going back to DSM!

Made booking via the app paid with debit card, my plans changed so cancelled within 15 minutes, was then told I would be refunded within 24 hours, then was told 3 - 5 days, 10 days later still hadn't got my money back so rang again to be told then managers on holiday and cant sort it till his back. Clearly hoping it will be forgotten. So roadrunners have taken money for a service I didnt use.

Double charged twice for cancelled trips they failed to supply, no email contact details. Awful app. Refund after 3 emails, never again will give my card details.

Pointless as you can't book more than one stop using the app. The old app was much better and user friendly. It doesn't save favourites either. This company seems to be in a mess.

Downloaded the Android version. can't register as i have not received any text confirmation despite several attempts. Also requested password resets with same result no reset email received

Don't waste your time downloading the app unless you previously signed up with the previous app. Unable to get confirmation code, not an uncommon problem if you read the other reviews.

Literally says no car is available no matter the destination I type down

Terrible app! A taxi app should let people pre-book but this app won't give you the car on time. Ridiculous.

My experience is always best with Road Runners. And the problem with the app is sorted its all working now.

Took two journeys today, drivers driving way past speed limit and dangerously. I have three children with me, will not use this company again.

I was able to book more than one stop on the old app. I can't do this on the new app. Not happy!

Cannot even receive the confirmation code, completely useless.

I used this app to be taken to and collected from Gatwick. They arrived on time and price was as quoted.

Would be good if the telephone contact could go direct to driver instead of roadrunner switchboard

Company is a complete joke. Hour late taxi on the regular, when it's booked way over 12 hours in advance, in any other industry this company would of crashed and burnt by now, don't know why anyone is still propping it up
