Would love to give this a 5 star but it keeps crashing. I love this game but am frustrated to the nines by it. To get to a level without buying, you have to watch an ad. Which I get. Then, when you are done watching said ad, it crashes. Maybe on the 10th time you will actually get to play your level. Oh, and don't even think about being able to go back and play past levels you already watched an ad for and have beaten, because you will have to (you guessed it!) watch an ad again. Ridiculous.
My star rating for you used to be 5. I enjoy the games very much. But I am now unable to play at all! I choose 'watch' to get through the video. But when the ad video is done and I push 'x', I'm taken back to the game launcher and have to start over. Sometimes the video is black and nothing shows. But if I cancel, I'm right back to the game launcher. Yes, I've uninstalled, reinstalled and restarted my phone; have even chosen a different Roads of Rome. Nothing works.
Very frustrating! The game is great, but the ads are extremely annoying! Before AND after every level, so in the end you are watching ads an equal amount of time as playing the game. I would buy the game to avoid the annoying ads, but the game also crashes very often. So sorry, but I will not spend my money on a game that is made poorly.
The game is really buggy, I have to click multiple times on any item before I get the green check mark. And sometimes, I'm just clicking clicking clicking trying to get the green check mark and then it shows up, but I've already clicked again and that cancels it. Wash, rinse, repeat. Makes it impossible to finish the levels before dark, sometimes I can't finish them at all before I run out of time. Got part way through Episode 2 and gave up. Very glad I didn't pay $$. Uninstalled.
The game is great when I can play it. I don't mind watching the videos, but the game shuts down after I watch videos, and when I restart I have to watch another video which shuts down the game. It's a vicious cycle, and I will uninstall if it's not corrected. I would have given 5 stars, because I really enjoy the game.
Excellent game on tablets. Not so great on smaller screens (phones) due to the small size of the nicely detailed graphics. A welcome addtion to the Roads Of Rome series which remains a classic in the time management genre.
Love this game...I purchased and play on my computer... But very frustrating on my Tablet!! Either my fingers are too fat or it's not responsive... I lose so much time trying to tap on one of the objects in exactly the right place to select that I give up
I was enjoying so much except for the fact that if you watch a video it is suppose to put you in relax mode but it doesn't unlock it at all. Also i was enjoying but it gets to hard and i can't finish this level so am loosing interest rapidly. Sad because i found a game i was really enjoying and now i don't want to play. ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
It was fine & fun until today when I opened a video to move on to next episode. The screen turns black & cannot move on. Happened 4 times so uninstalling., not worth this.
Unplayable !!! Not enough gold in game. Episode three game 5. And I did not use any gold for a building upgrade. Or do they want us to pay for upgrade...? They 2nd game from these guys with such a fault. What a pity......
Horrible experience, the video does not load for any level, you click on start, then watch the video n it sits there does nothing.
Purchased to play relaxed mode but impossible to pass level 25 as insufficient gold available!!!!! This glitch needs fixing asap
It wouldnt even strart to play. You know i love these games but they are either broken in one way or another or rigged to try to force you to buy it. wtaf?
I really enjoyed this game until I got to the 8th flag...I finished everything, there was nothing left to do except pick berries and still the timer said I didn't finish in time so I don't get to go to the next map, I don't understand what I'm supposed to do on that map, like I said I finished all the tasks
I played this game a few years ago and was able to get relaxed mode. Could not get relaxed mode this time so even though I really like this game. I am uninstall because I don't have relaxed play.
Great until i tried to ad-watch unlock another level(annoying but acceptable) and it just shuts down the app.
I truly love this game!!!!! Will there be a part 2 to the Roads of Rome: New Generation. Please tell me you are working on it! This game must continue with a part 2!!!!!
On a Samsung S 20+ and it won't even load, not even once! I go from ap store to "open" to launch game and all I get is a black screen :( Uninstalling!!!
Great game. I actually paid for the extras. But it need more. I finished in 2days. If that's the case I wouldn't of paid for it.
Great game but why does it need access to my photos? When given the choice to deny or allow and I deny the game goes blank and doesnt finish loading
Okay until you get to level 25. There is not enough gold resource to complete the level. If this is not fixed, I want a refund.
love it... and the best thing about it is u can watch ads if u dont wanna pay... so at least the dev still get paid by the ads.. win win..
Could not get it to tap on anything without pretty much beating my phone. Doesn't tell you what you need to build anything either.
The first few levels work great, but as soon as you purchase the game, it stops working correctly. The paid levels don't have the information about what is required to build or clear obstacles, so you have to guess what resources to use. It is very frustrating, and clear that the developers only cared about making the demo levels good to get you money - not about the quality of the actual game.
