Roadside Connect

The Roadside Connect application for Agero roadside assistance providers puts the convenience of mobile job management in the hands of dispatchers and drivers.

The Mobile App enables dispatchers to:
• receive job offers from Agero
• accept jobs by providing an ETA
• assign drivers via their smartphone

Assigned drivers receive individual job assignments and accurate dispatch information, including:
• requested roadside service
• consumer and vehicle details
• location with one-touch access to turn by turn navigation
• customer contact information

The app also enables signature capture, GOA requests, and hands-free automated status updates with location and timestamps as the event progresses.

this app was designed by somebody who obviously doesn't have to use it. the drivers see none of the notes to see if the keys are left on scene or the condition of the car. the customer's phone number should be visible. it. very poor design. the old app was better from a user's standpoint

App is broken with the new update. Can't even keep the app open, crashes in seconds. How is Agero supposed to monitor location on job site if the app keeps crashing. Another issue is the app makes its own updates in regards to jobs. just finished a job and instead of it letting me clear the job, it forced it into a tow making it look like the job wasn't completed when it was.

I agree with what everyone else is saying about the new app and I am going to add some stuff. PROS: will automatically say that you are on-scene or Tow-in-progress. Lets you know where you are and quickly runs the route with directions. Gives you a route estimate, miles, and a rough total, but even those are not very accurate. CONS: First, if you do a service call for a tire, jumpstart, or lockout, and you hit the "On-Scene" you best hit the "Job Completed" as well or the app will say"Tow-in-progress" and not let you complete the job. Phone Number needs to show. and more functionality, options and details need to be added. I do not like that fact that you forces us to use this POS new app over the old app which worked just fine. I think that until you get the new app fixed, you should go back to the old app. The idiot that designed this app wasn't every smart and should be fired for putting out such a terrible product. We as service providers take pride in servicing your customers, all we ask is that you give us the proper tools to keep servicing your customers the way that you would want to be served as if it was you on the side of the road.

new app is awful when having multiple drivers you cant see all locations to make sure you assign right driver nor can you locate a drive like on the old map version to help with dispatching correctly. We are better off writing everything down and calling in like old school before agero app. Think they dont fix this soon I'll discontinue with them. The headache is not worth their poor pay.

worked fine at first then after 3 days the notification for the next job wouldnt go off. when sitting at home I would walk to the back of the house and the location would go off. When in the tow truck sometimes the location notification would go off and 3 hrs later go off again when im in a different city. sometimes there would be no notification sound for over 24 hrs. all this while location share is on. seems to be a lot of bugs in app.

do not like that we receive phone calls AUTOMATED FROM COMPUTER still trying to give us the details and not giving us accurate details over the phone. We have lost the ability to accept calls through the app do not like it at all. prefer the other app much more the older version.... WE ARE UNINSTALLING. CALL US INSTEAD! UNLESS YOU GET IT FIXED. UNINSTALLING NOW!

this app has been absolutely horrible in past few months using on my Galaxy Note 9 , they try to tell me everything is ok. wont alert me of new jobs unless I'm in the app . Alerts after I open it. GPS just goes off without ever turning it off. I originally had this problem then deleted the app so I could reinstall it and then it was no longer in play store. finally got it back and worked good for week or so but now same thing , and seriously using a ton of battery now. ??

New version has issues. Jobs frozen or stuck in the system and cannot be cleared out or completed. Now everytime I open a job the app closes. Now I'm uninstalling it and reinstalling the app in hopes of rectifying the problem.

downloaded "updated version". still looks and acts the same. only works correctly occasionally. not getting notifications for job offers, job cancels and cannot unsuccessful or cancel. says cannot read server data and timed out. losing jobs and money!!!

new verson is garbage. slows ur mobil phone down greatly while burning ur battery up. cant call agero dispatch from it, & it constantly updates location literally every 2 min its chiming & you cant cut it off. they were going the right direction but missed the mark by a long shot.

this new update is terrible trying to micromanage every little job you don't need to know our location just that we take care of your customers and we get it done . app mixing up po numbers and freezing up. last version which was much simpler was much better. this app has done nothing but slow us down taking care of your customers agero.

Well that explains why I'm not getting notifications. Really great to have drivers sitting around waiting for calls only to go into the app later and see you've missed 6 because the notification badge never popped up. Here I thought it was my phone.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! This new update is not an update AT ALL! Not getting jobs, other jobs I accept don't get accepted. Call volume is dropping because of it. The layout is terrible and a lot more complicated. They need to fix this ASAP!!!

Since the update our call volume dropped 90%. Losing money and have team members just sitting around with NO calls. Not sure what to do, can't wait on hold for 30 minutes for a wishy washy answer. Many other providers with no problems.

missing service provider comments field that was in the past version which usually has important info like key location correct customer phone number or disablement address i reccomend not updating to version 4.3 stick with version 4.2.2 it is available for android google search for roadside connect 4.2.2 not sure about ios

horrible....no jobs are coming through. it comes through on iPad but not android phone. please fix it.
