RoadStr - The Car Enthusiast Social Network

Great for enthusiasts. But to many spam ads of other makes. I subscribed to one particular brand. With only that brand in the group. However was hit with loads of unwanted, unsubscribed ads of other brands and makes for sale. Which, yes would have been great, had I selected to be in those groups. Additionally, I also had my profile settings to private, not public.

Has so much potential. Would be a really good "drivers" or car enthusiast app but looks like nobody uses it:( Could be so useful to show others good fun roads to drive ect. Only suggestion would be to make it so you can add area or point of interest without the need of photo.

Super bugged app. Add a car works 1 time out of 100, creating the profile is a pain as wont save the progress... really frustrating. A real shame. For info: using a brand new s21fe with std firmware and android 12

Well it's not bad. Community is obviously growing, but more to be done to pull the various groups from Facebook to Roadstr. A bit disappointing that my favourite brand isn't listed, but nice that it can be added manually.

Was good when it worked but now every time I open the app I get "app experienced fatal error. Please reload." And I can't get it fixed.

Logged in with Facebook, was working fine. Logged me out and won't let me sign back in. Every time I click "Sign in With Facebook" It loads for a second than cancels

Such a shame they've ruined the map in one of the new updates. Its now way too busy and you can't filter to show certain points. I only want to see nice drives and photo spots but now they take ages to find. Borderline useless.

App just stopped working. Cant log in. Was able to log in a week ago online, stopped working also.

I've tried a few apps like this one in the past. Normally they are way to buggy or sluggish to be useful. This app seems to run well on the Note9. The interface and navigation took a little getting used to, but not a deal breaker. I haven't tried all the features yet as there aren't many members nearby me at the moment. We are also coming to the close of the car season hopefully there will be a steady flow membership over the winter. Currently the app does not have any advertising which is pretty sweet.

Obviously would love to rate this 5/5, but when the app won't let me create an account through my email or facebook, it's slightly frustrating...as though the app's stalled at the top of a hill

App seems to be pretty good. A little slow but stable nonetheless. I rated it 3 stars due to 2 things and 2 things only. 1: we need inclusion of motorcycles! I have 2 jeeps and a bike. 2: not many users! Had my radar on driving an hour across two states and only one car popped up like 60 miles away! Good app but needs publicity before it becomes useful. Hopefully it takes off soon

Several years since released and still very quiet in the UK.

This app, is wonderful. This app looks like the most amazing thing for enthusiasts out there. Heres the problem, some of the features don't work yet, and I'm sure it's because the app is new, but features such as the discover tab won't allow me to search for nearby anything. Great app. But it's still needing improvements

An incredible experience and vision for enthusiasts of all kinds. Over time, I see this growing into a staple of our culture. I am already using it to connect with kind, like minded people and I plan on using it for great things. It takes a little while to get used to, but once you do, it is very easy to navigate. Im bringing this vision to the college I graduated from to keep the app growing and share the enjoyment with others.

Giving 5 stars because of this app's potential. It's a great platform but I can't help but feel like nobody uses it. When it says the nearest car enthusiast is like 50 miles away and you know for sure that's not true it makes you wonder how much exposure this app really has. The ability to add fun roads that you know about to the map so other people can experience them too would be a really good addition, instead of just like 2 of them within a 50 mile radius that were added by the devs.

This app is awesome! For those of you who don't want to wade through other social media junk for car stuff and car friends, this app is refreshing to use. The roadsharing function is awesome and you can keep your feed to a minimum or open the floodgates. This app gives you the ability to connect with other car people, drool all over any kind of car you want to lust over, or just go for a cruise or a meet with likeminded people. This will prettymuch replace facebook for my socialization and for much of my leisure scrolling as well. Hell yeah.

Just made my account on the app. I am an avid car enthusiast. For me this app has so much potential. I drive a mazda 3 that I photo document on instagram and am apart of three mazda groups in Texas. I sent a link to the app to all the groups I am apart of so expect more mazda owners to show up on the app soon. My only issue is the lack of members but then again the app is still fairly new. Love the thought behind the app and its very easy to navigate.

Positives: 1 star for the concept, 1 for the design and the last star for it's large functionality considering how young it still is. Negatives: Still young so very scattered members (hardly any in UK). Laggy/slow to run and sometimes times out stuck loading. Developers seem like they are active and eager to iron out the creases though. Opinion: It's trying to do too much. I don't think we need a Facebook for cars, FB Groups do enough & most people create Instagram accounts for their cars.

Nice idea and nice app, but pretty hard to use. For example, finding a group to join is essentially impossible as there's no search function, not even any sorting, so you have to manually scroll through hundreds of unsorted entries hoping to stumble across the one you're looking for

App idea is wonderful, but not enough users at this time. From England but no users within 155 miles, il share with a few friends see if they like the idea. Good functionality, slightly glitchy profile settings. When I upload either profile pic or banner the other resets, have to select and save both, cant change one as it clears the other. Overall good idea, just need to put a little more in getting it seen, more users, more fun.

Couldn't even get into the app. Litterally at the beginning of opening the app when I was finished choosing all my car brands that I like it doesent let me proceed when I hit the next button. It just sends me back to the car selections and it's infuriating. Uninstaller and reinstalled the app around 7 times already, still the same issue. Please fix this because I can't even get into the app at this point.

As a car enthusiast and owner of multiple Renaultsports I very much like the aspect of this new and growing app. I like all the possibilities of searching for what you want and getting in touch with new people and being ble to show off what we love about cars. I also like the idea of the road share function although I seem to be the only person in Wales using it according to the map but its early days yet. Good work guys :)

Was great until the update and now I can't load events on the tab or drop menu so I can't see what is happening to go to anything happening

This app is the equivalent of Fyre Festival. There add is enticing as hell! But as soon as you get on it, its heavily lacking. Slow responce if any to selections. Stangest lack of vehicles in sum sections, (example; cant select Chrysler in 50% of selection screens for car brands). Search feature does not work at all. When looking for local users or clubs, half the time it says there are some and the other half the time it says there are no results! Disappointing app....

this app honestly has everything anybody whom is a car enthusit wants. it shows some nice road for your own fun and it has places that you can have amazing photo shoots. i honestly like this app more since the ability of posting meets just made it even better to interact with people with the same passion as one.

Lots of potential, symbols in app aren't well defined which makes the interface a bit weird. Need more drivers to find out how well the interface works. I will be using this for a while and hoping it catches on.

Absolutely Love this app, finnally a way to get away from the normal social media drama. Just Automotive posts and events!!! The road share feature makes active events more fun and easier for groups to keep on route!! Can't wait to see what's to come!!
