I dislike how the tip page comes before the signature part. People click the 'add tip' when they haven't selected one and there is then no way to go back to the tip part and their card has already been charged. I'm missing out on multiple tips because of this and am now looking into different ways to accept credit cards. DEVS, PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE.
Glitchy app, doesn't even work with my POS (but POS instructions say this is the app for it). Also, I wish I took a transcript of the customer service call I had with them, so I could paste it here. Ignorant people that feel free to just say 'I don't know' and go silent waiting for you to say something. Returned the reader and deleted the app.
Mobile credit card processing though small Bluetooth device. Once sale complete can't return to process another payment until times out on small Samsung phone. Ok on medium size phones.
The only time this thing worked was when It was set up. Technical support dont know anything and transferred me around alot, all while my customer is waiting and probably thinking bad of my business
This app is useless. It will only let you login not create an account. Since I don't have an account this was just a waste of time thanks for your stupid b.s.
this app does need updates, it is annoying that I need to add all the sales when closing and need to log in every 2 minutes
Theres nowhere to set up a account. Only to login in. Is there a magic code i missed somwhere?? Its like a secret club or something. Please fix this nonsense

Would like to be able to login with fingerprint sensor. When I have customers waiting, to login with a strong password takes too long.
I cannot do offline transactions anymore
This app has turned to total garbage. It used to work great and for the past month or so I can't even key in a payment because the app freezes and when you try to key in the card number it just quits responding. I will definitely be looking into a different card reader app. I've tried to contact the developer with no response. FOX YOUR APP IT IS TOTAL JUNK
I don't see the option to create a username. I also dont see the developer responding to any of the complaints 😞

You must first enter the total due then add a tip and then swipe the customers credit/debit card. Processing a payment has become very awkward, if you'd like them to give them an opportunity to tip. I don't like asking my clients if they are giving me a tip! You should go back to swiping the card and allowing your client to add a tip right above the signature line. My clients are very unhappy with the format as well. As a hair stylist this app is terrible since 30% of our income comes from tips! I will stick with square unless the app is changed back to the old version.
Tip screen is on separate screen from signature screen which makes it embarrassing to ask for tips. This needs to be changed ASAP or we should all change card processing companies. I use Flagship to process cards, and will now be looking to change.
Only option to process cc is with a Bluetooth swiper. I don't have one. What do I do
The recent update as off January 10th 2017 made this app terrible. I have to kiss all Tips goodbye because tips Input has been moved from the signature screen. And now with out warning the app no longer accepts my card reader, now I have to wait for a new one.
I hate that they put the tip screen before the card swipe. It is so awkward asking people if they want to tip me. Please, Rome, put it back with the signature page!

I've been using this app for years for work, and they STILL have not fixed the offline mode issue. Unless you force close the app after use it will not connect the next time you use it and your payments sit in limbo until you do. There's also this annoying issue where the 2's stop working on the numeric keypad if your screen times out or you get a call while entering information, again requiring a force close to work again properly.
