I have to do all this check in nonsense instead of a card. I guess ill make your line wait longer while I do all this. You dont need all this information for me to be a customer. And the app crashed my first use. I also cant always keep phone on so I lose out on rewards I could have otherwise earned.

Punch cards aren't easier. They always get lost and can easily be forgotten at home where as to this app all you need is your phone number and you get points for any type of purchase in the store. Not just SMOOTHIES or JUICES. and you get rewards along the way. So very different from punch cards

This app is retarded. I'm trying to add the new card number I received from the store and it's not letting me reregister my information to the physical card. GO BACK TO PUNCH CARDS UNTIL YOU GET THIS WORKED OUT, THEY WERE MUCH EASIER!

Annoying. Points expire, which our money does not expire in your system. People may for get their punch card but they give you another; which you could combine together.

Can't get any rewards for registering since they told me to get the app first. Now u can use cards again and i can't register my card.

You try to enter information and the keyboard hides it you have no way of going in and changing your email address or even reviewing the information you submitted it won't let you enter your birthday this is the worst app I've ever used

Works great. I love getting my points for my polar pineapple at Culver City robeks. The employees there are friendly and they keep me coming!

I had forgotten my user ID and the credit card I used is now expired. I tried to re-register but it keeps telling me that I can't register because there is already an account with my phone number and email. Now I can't access my account at all or update my credit card information. I'm unintalling it. I'm done! Over it!

On droid. No matter what I do it won't add my existing card. It acts like its adding but it doesn't. So annoying

The reward redemption comes out to about the same.. But this is a way bigger pain for the customer to get a reward than to use my punch card. Why can't we use the punch card anymore?

Can't get my account to sign in. I never had a card number so I don't know it to log back in. Shouldn't there be an email reset?

They need to invest in a better rewards system .

Why do we need a username AND a card number in our account. Isn't one identifier enough? By the way I never had a card.

I'll use the punch cards but I'm not going to submit my personal information so you can market to me more effectively. And if you do the calculations, you have to buy more products with the program to get the free drink as opposed to the punch card. I'll opt out, thank you.

Reward Dollars accumulated to 6, went in to use them and they disappeared. Never using app again.
