The functionality of this app is wonderful; however I have had problems with the time reporting component (which is why I got rid of it from my phone & went back to computer logging in). Guess accessing time reporting via a computer will no longer exist? My job does not allow me to use cell phones during the work day. And I have enjoyed having that flexibility of submitting timesheet (near the end of the day) via computer.
I have to say that Stephanie and Jill are Awesome!!! They have always worked hard to get me a new position once ends. I was going through radiation last year and Jill messaged to see how I was doing. I mentioned how ill I was that day due to side effects of the radiation and told her that some Panera cheese broccoli soup sounded really good and that Id be able to swollow it. (I had throat cancer). Low and behold within an hour the receptionist came to my cubical and gave me a panera bag.
There's no way to input your direct stupidity on the app. It shows the time sheet on the log in but for me, it disappears as soon as you sign in and is NO WHERE to be found in the whole app.
Not just the app.... I've applied for jobs for a yr or 2 and they NEVER respond. Even when they e-mail or have text me asking if I'm available for jobs they feel I qualify for, I respond and get no response. The one time I did get an offer no-one returned calls in order for me to get everything (forms) needed to start the job.
I have just started with Robert Half and downloaded the app to get familiar with it. Before I log in, there is a spot to click for time reporting. Once I log in, there is no way to access time reports, hours, anything. It just offers me jobs, but I've got a position already.
I'm not sure what happened, it was wrkg great for 6 mo, to submit hrs then...something Chad. Maroon clock, you can move the hands to your start time for example, but then, now...there is no way to submit or hit enter (so then you can go to next field which is lunch or "out"). I've uninstalled, reinstalled. No now I have to use desktop version...military time, ugh. Pls pls pls fix. It was so easy and user friendly.
The option to "clear" the hours worked section is gone. I can't resubmit my corrected hours because it insist I still leave something on a day I didn't work
Not sure what's going with this app but I had to change hours and now I can't because it says there's a system.update in place since yesterday on the app and on the desktop site. Could you please fix this. I need to submit my timecard!
Piece of junk. It freezes all the time, have to uninstall and reinstall which is too much to be dealing with all the time after long hours of work. Update: more issues with this app, it doesnt give me any option to download pay stubs on my phone and to view and copy/share them how I want. I do everything on the go on my phone and this app is missing so many options for people like me.
there isn't enough jobs in my area. this is an employment service and they match up jobs for you. I've sent my resume but still haven't been matched up to any job yet.
This app is great but, my current paystub or updated absent hours haven't posted and it's been almost a week. Seems to be a glitch. That has never happened
The app and website won't let me set adjust my direct deposit and everything refers you to call customer service with no live support which should be 24/7 or weekends included for companies like this. I've never had problems like this with ADP
The app has loaded old information, from a prior RH experience, instead of using the resume I uploaded. Now the contact information is wrong and I cant change it. The app isnt even using the email address I signed up with! That's a massive problem. Developer responded, but did not address the actual problem and was not honest. In an email, they acknowledge a known issue with the app and that I must go to the desktop site to fix it. Fail for the app problem, double fail for lying about it
The app has a good feel but is lacking key section for current assigned Associates. The posted image indicates that 'Timesheet' is included. Unfortunately, it's not included in this app. That need to be fixed. Otherwise, it does not make sense to have this app version, if you are already on an assignment for RHI. Hope this helps to get someone in the IT unit to fix this oversight.

I've found usin this app 2b easy 2use &I'm able 2enter my hrs@anytime I want2 w/o havin 2clock in&out via a timeclock which is awesome+ur pay stubs r not only saved within the app2 allow u 2view them anytime u'd like/ want/or need2. They're always @ur fingertips &u can view them or print 'em from ur email or save as a pdf & print 'em that way2 As long as ur able 2 connect2 the printer usin ur mobile device u can get copies of any/all of ur paystub&have a paper copy ur also able 2get ur W-2l
It was easy getting a job through RH! I found this agency from a youtuber who recommended them. The sign on process is very easy and fast. My only issue that me and colleague had was submitting timesheets. Please listen to me! There are actually 3 emails that you must upload your timesheet to, your recruiter should tell you this! Make sure it gets faxed in on Friday! Always call in on Monday to confirm they received it if you have yet to receive an "Approved" email.
There is no time card menu for my account. I received the instructions but it didn't help. I login but all I see is job search, I already started the temporary assignment. Not user friendly.

MY EXPERIENCE: The full website and app is NOT user friendly. I attempted to change my email address and it didn't permit it. It allowed me to edit my name which is strange but not my email. Secondly, when I went through chat support they were unable to do so either. I then asked them to just delete my account and they were unable to do that either! There needs to be an update in the system. The job content itself is not professionally diverse so it's a thumbs down for me.
The website is much easier to navigate through, as well as submitting timesheets. Although it appears the developers intended for the app to be simple enough, it's simply irritating in comparison to the site. And for some odd reason the posts for available positions keeps defaulting to TX and I'm in AZ. #weird #illusethesite #thisappaintright
Would be a 5 star if we could duplicate our day to day time entey. I work same hours daily, would be nice to enter once and dup to the other days of the work week.
Everytime I try to search for jobs, it just says "something went wrong" and then says there are zero results when I know in fact there are jobs, because I do the same search on the web site and several jobs will come up. Tried uninstalling the app and rebooting the phone and it is still doing the same thing.
For weeks I haven't been able to put my time in or out on my timesheet when I put the time entered it gives me a choice to clear or cancel instead of submit. Its quite the frustration when I have to submit my time sheet by 6:oopm Friday's & I haven't made it home to use my desktop since my phone app won't work! Frustrating at the least 😒
Great and intuitive app that covers all the basic needs and then some!
The app works great. One thing that I would change or improve is the location format. Houston is a very large metropolitan city. If we could click the pin drop and see the general area, we would know if we want to apply or if the location is to far.
Easy process to apply for employment, the website is user friendly & quick to apply for a variety of positions.
They are a very professional organization to work with, at least several decades ago, but I'm back new to the job market again to help cover the defecit. Their app is VERY easy to use & their staff makes it very easy to apply or even contact them to apply so I'm very happy with that. Additionally they have SO many positions in my area that are on-site or remote/hybrid & are very close matches to my salary, job position & job description min-max range I'm SURE to find something‼️
