Very bad experience. It is not possible to talk to the representatives by calling customer care. Every day there are some tempting offers but if you buy it within a few minutes it shows that the offer is not available. If this is not the offer, then why give a message on the mobile unnecessarily. Tried many times but couldn't talk to any representative just asking to go from one number to another. This is not the problem of Robi app. This problem is the problem of Robi SIM.
I can't buy any kind of data with robi points. Please remove this restriction of spending 200 taka. It's really awful because in emergency times I can't buy anything with robi points. It's pretty much useless at that point
Not enough responsive. Even a very basic feature 'refresh' doesn't work properly.
Internet consumption data is not of real time , it needs to be fixed . Update the consumption data every minute at least . Edit : Thanks for the response regarding the issue .
There is a problem ! Whenever you buy 2 data plans with different expire time ! When u turn on data the data plan with more days left will be consumed first ! Sometimes its frustrating ! When you have 1 day left on your data plan and you buy a new data plan the old data pack will be untouched ! 😑 I don't understand why ! It's like a scam.
I have contact so many times to Robi customer care. But there really useless. Payment failed. Deducted 450 taka from my bank account but not found in mobile balance. So be careful guys when you are trying to use online payment method. Reply: I have contact several times but they crazy. Many times I have contact with them. But they are like snake. I have submitted many details but they have not all.
This app is user friendly and easy to use. A good app for managing your account. But one bad thing is this app doesn't have widget. I want to see my balance on the screen instead of opening the app. It would be much better to have a widget.
Please organise the "Find my internet package" option... When I click on the "Validity" tab, I see the same number more than two times, like there are two or more 30 days, 7 days, 15 days... it’s confusing.
Internet is available at affordable prices. But most of the time internet speed is slow, sometimes not. Which is unsuitable and annoying to use over time
The app used to run without data before the new update, but now it won't even load without data. What is this, we use this app to buy data when we don't have data, how can we buy then if it won't load without data. Shameful, very shameful 😡
I recently had some trouble with the app telling me I had data volume left. But soon as I turned my data connection on, a 'not signed in' notification would appear. Clicking it opened a browser tab, stating my main account data amd balancce is zero. I couldn't use the net while the issue persisted, but it's gone now.
Satisfied.But It has to update a lot of time.There Are no cheap monthly deals in app.But I am satisfied in Ghaccang store.Ghachang has a lot of cheap offers.I love it at all.Its internet connection is very high.
Is it possible that I can't find the offer that I really need? Maybe there are not very expensive offers or there are short term low priced offers. It is better to have a good offer for a fair amount of money. My Robi app is good.
Very disappointed! No way to contact customer service for placing complain. I've purchased a bundle package using this app. The amount is deducted from my account but no package is added. What type of business model is this?

It's a worst job. Last two day ago i recharge 84 tk for 5gb but they provide me only 1gb. This is very bad work. I try to contract with customers care. But there no way option open. Please return my mb.
In fact, there are many benefits to using the app, the balance can be easily checked, the balance can be transferred. Really good.
Bad experience I have faced. Cant able to see my balance. Before update it was okay but in recent time cant see that.
Robi and Airtel have now had a massive net problem.There is no current, there is no net.In all places where Grameen did not get the net but Robi gets Airtel.Now h + gets but doesn't work.Bad service now.

Everything is ok! But why I can't see my receiving calls data. Previously I was very happy with that. Now you have stopped it. I will really appreciate you If give us the same benefit again by giving the facility of seeing the receiving calls.
A very good app, can be used even if there is no internet: Yes, I like it very much, but one problem is that if you want to recharge the (Bkash,bank) from the app, you need internet. It is better to solve the problem.

Before I was grameenphone customer grameenphone apps you can see full number the call history but in robe not showing full number can you try to fix it if you are not believe give me your email address I will send you what is the problem we are facing. Hope you will fix it... Thank you
It's (usage history system) is not good. When I see the history of usage sms. Then I see only show who are send sms , but I replied the sms that's are not show to this apps . Change and update the system and usage history.
Too much network problems. UI system is not good. Too much gathering in offers. My plan option is not friendly.

I want to attract your attention to the following issues with the My Robi app. 1. The app loads very slowly. 2. I've installed the app on my new smartphone and the app shows two of my known numbers as my secondary accounts. I can assure that I never listed them as my secondary accounts nor did anyone else. Should I have the right to handle numbers which are not mine?
