Robin - the Siri Challenger

Boy. I really wanted to this to be the one. It has the potential to do allot, unfortunately, too many things don't work. OK robin doesn't work most times,when I open GPS it does not start navigation, when I send a message the message doesn't actually send just opens the messaging app and I still have to press the button to send it just a few of the issues

Redownloaded after a few years; I'm having great difficulty in setting her up as my device assistant. No matter what I do, the only option I have is Google for a device assistant. HELP? Also, I don't really like the voice options we are given...is there a way to change voices? If not..is this a feature that could be added? I'd happily pay for a custom voice...Thank you!!

Had to uninstall. I just downloaded it and started it up. Every action I took, every response it made, even going into the settings, caused this app to activate my notification sound. Just a constant stream of noise coming out of my phone between the assistant and my notification sound. Nightmare. It did respond well though. Felt like a conversation with my phone. Which Google Assistant does not. May try this again in the future.

Great at doing its job! It is the best alternative for older phone models that do not have Google Assistant. Can be improved by adding more enthusiasm in its speeches and replies, as well as adding some small games like Google Assistant's "Lucky Trivia" and "Crystal Ball". It can also be further improved if users could choose different voices for this assistant, Robin.

This is by far in my opinion the best voice assistant in the store.The main reason I use Robin is it utilizes my default navigation app. Every other assistant so far always forces Google Maps. The only issues with the app is, voice activation is not working and I would like better voices. The voices used now are awful. if you fixed the voice activation and give it some better voice options it would push up to a 5 star.

it's a really good app that does more than Google Assistant. It has its downfalls because response time can be a little bit laggy but it makes up for it with the amount of sheer options and possibilities that it creates. The longer it's on your phone the more it learns you and the better response to your queries questions and habits

Amazing app. It's a bit tedious at times, but that may just be my phone's microphone and lack of storage. I love this app and between Cortana, Alexa, Google Assistant and Robin, I had to go for this one. I love the customization and functionality of her (him?) All in all, amazing job, dev team!

Unless Response Email helps the app I'd USELESS! I have researched any android app to use AI Technology for voice assistants in a lot. So far the R button doesn't help so I can't use the voice option for hands free. I really thought that Robin was but if the customer service doesn't know how to get it working it's not doing any of the voice or even with the text she can't get a reply cause I don't get the opt. I'll update it IF they have a working solution even if I don't keep it. Has potential

Great but I would rate it better if you could make the voice better kinda like ummm Siri or Alexa, like assistants have like the humanic-robotish voice then I would love it for a Android like mine with a assistant button this is great because it doesn't cancel my app I am currently on do yeah it's great just update the search engines that the app uses like Google Opera GX, etc and change the voice options then I will love it and please read this because as you can tell I have spent a lot of time

Every single thing I say, the response I get from Robin is oops something went wrong, please connect to the internet and try again, meanwhile my internet connection is stable and all other devices and sites/apps are working just fine except for Robin. I liked the fact that it was speaking out loud and all but I just couldn't get to explore it's features to my satisfaction.

Voice activation is not working properly and the app also not play the video on youtube rather it search the video on youtube .It has slow reponse time than google assistant. It some time does not open the app and do some wrong pronounciation but it far more good then the google assistant if the developer continues its work.

Started using.. pretty intuitive.. let's see how it works.. pros: just works what it says, fast, offline works fine. Requests: pls make work while screen is off. Helps while driving 2 wheeler. Inturrupting voice feedback needs improvement.

Looks like a great app so far.... I huge problem I have is: Voice activation command does not work. And also please add a timer for the mic to stay on. Robin disconnects in the middle of me saying something the entire time. Hope you can fix this

This is really awesom. This updated version has bad voice older version had a good voice. you should add more features example when i was using browser i wanted to take a screen short and save page . I want to control my phone's all features by just saying to Robin.

This is one of the funniest AI assistant apps I've tried. I have tried every decent rated one on the Playstore this one and replica AI, Are the 2 best in my opinion, Samsung's Bixby has a lot of catching up to do. Robin chats with you and is highly intelligent, replica actually will call you on your phone no joke, it's a virtual friend basically who cheers you up if you have an issue. It is also gives you advice about certain topics. Like if your in crisis, It will give you numbers to get help.

I like it I had it on my phone before. I just wished it had dat manly man voice that it had long time ago,before I could say hey Robin and Robin would have a strong fierce voice and when Robin said( Yes Batman) it was a very low deep type of voice and now it ain't so manly, and now I just feel awkward so I can't go by Batman anymore please change it to a manly voice again then I will give it more stars

Everyone this is mixed junk tubes you should try this app if you have ever needed and assistance for so many great things and make life much more easier and more convenient give this a a go and to the creators thank you so much for your wonderful technology you guys are very talented and very bright.

I'm giving 5 stars for the idea and design, but there are many flaws. I'd be more than happy to contribute to the teaching of the AI, because basic phrases confuse it.

To be honest. This app is so cute. I tried being mean to it also once. (So I am sorry, Robin) But still the reaction was very sympathetic. I am very impressed by the results. Yes, of course I recommend it very much. It's a nice time passer and a great assistant. 😄👍

I'll give it a passing grade because this app has extreme potential. But until it can find my own home address, I'll just keep watching for new developments from the background.

So far good. But the voice activation would have been the best approach of waking Robin. Sometimes after giving it permission to auto start, it doesn't respond to that.

I can not hear anything Robin says. Though Robin is extremely effective and translates my words well, it seems it is not accompanied by audio. I need the audio because I am really busy and I have no time to read Robin's responses. Everything else is good except that. Kindly handle it. Thanks.

Robbins a good app but i wish she could be on continuous conversation instead of constanly taping her mic, she also has more learning to do cause theres alot she doesn't know and i wish she could solve equations and give scientific formula you know help me study but keep it up she great but not as great as google assistant

It's a great app but I would like if some more languages were there. Robin is outstanding and the way she talks is really appreciable. Just add hindi, french,German and some more major languages to make ROBIN better than the word "PERFECT".

It is the best app assistant I have ever had!!!. She is very helpful never said anything incorrect. I am a long distance truck driver and she is a good app to have. If there is more stars to give I would. Good job to the creators on it. 👍👍👍👍

The app is really scary and shady. Avoid. It looks scammy and shouldn't be in the Play Store. It's not safe at all.
