Great app but the alerts seem to not work (they did before now they don't)

I love this app, when it works. It's s great app to have. I have had compromised bank accounts before at other banks and even at this bank. However, this app helped to me catch fraud. With that being said, it does randomly stop working. It suddenly decides that it cannot process my request to log in. And when it does this, it's a wrap. I have had this issue on multiple phones and devices. I have attempted to uninstall and reinstall several times and to my dismay it still does not work.

If this app does not protect me while abroad from having to contact fraud services about my card, why do I have this app? I travel abroad a lot and this app was supposed to let y'all know where I am so I wouldn't have to call you INTERNATIONALLY WHICH IS EXPENSIVE AND INCONVENIENT. Either use fraud services or this app. And if I haven't declared my card stolen, and I have this app, why would you assume my card had been used fraudulently?!? This app is pointless. I cannot afford to have a card locked when I am travelling and I cannot always get to a phone when abroad. This is unacceptable.

Application no longer works after the Android 10 update. Application "keeps stopping". Tried clearing storage for app and uninstalling, but i still have the same issues.

First off I love my bank,secondly I love this app how I can turn on and off my card with ease! More security,and safe to use. Thanks

Would help if I could read the notification on the website. I get the popup, but it disappears before I can see what it is. I open the website, but there isn't anywhere to read the notice.

was working fine now it won't let me log in! I usually use my fingerprint, but I try my password is still did not let me in. UPDATE: STILL horrible. just uninstalled this one and installed another! went from 2 stars to -3 stars. 🤦🏾🤦🏾🤦🏾

It used to work but now it want let me login. It acts like it's going to login but then it takes you back to the login screen.

its worthless. it wont completely load on m9y phone. the bank doesnt even have a clue as to why it wont work. im gonna change cards.

the app was working correctly as per usaul until maybe 2 weeks ago when it stopped allowing me to log in. can you guys fix the problem.

Won't let me login. Called and they deleted my account. Registered again, another error. Sends me some code but won't finish. Its useless.

The app is not letting me log in. It just keeps going back to the log in page after I put my info in already.

Best decision as I was a victim of fraudulent spending on my card. Now I just keep it unlock my card when I'm ready to spend with no hassle.

It wouldnt even let me make an account. Just said error but sent me a validation code email that couldn't use

So far I'm enjoying the ease and control I have of the different features in this app.

It's an ok bank they do punishment for a year if balance is owed to them and reported to credit bureaus.

I find the speed of the notifications I receive quick and accurate.

Sometimes it doesn't bring up the finger print to log in but otherwise great.

Every time my card is use I get an alert, as soon as it is used whether it's online or in person.

Fixed the issue after Android 10 update and works as promised

Used to work great now can't login. Has a login loop.

This service definitely get 100% on the excellent scale.
