All of a sudden, unusable. Trash this recent update, or fix it please. I would have rated 5 stars before this update. Now, I can't even use it. continuous loading, only without the loading. *** Update: Even after a new update, supposedly fixed login issue, it's still not fixed. I still can't use it. It used to be an excellent app, used it every day for several years. Now, it is not usable. I will go to a 5 star review if this issue is fixed.

Horrible glitches! Literally the most infuriating glitch with the menu where it closes and forces you to select a different menu option as soon as you touch the screen. I would love to leave this bank due to how frustrating the app is! I have attempted to contact the web administrator regarding this. They advised me to clear the cache and that created more glitches and did not correct the problem. If you can avoid this app I would very much recommend that!

The app can use some improvements. It sometimes dosen't connect. Some transactions don't show up. This makes your available balance be wrong, causing you to overdraft your account. As of today I can't login to my account. It keeps telling me to go to my play store and update. When I do it says last update was 1/26/21. Why do I need an update so soon???? Mind you the play store app keeps buffering saying pending!!!😡😡😡😡

I agree with everyone that it worked great then after an update was glitching. I have an Samsung 9 and now if your phone is in portrait mode you cannot select some of the menu options unless you turn your phone and go to landscape mode. I also can't seem to find the mobile banking so I can deposit checks.

I kept getting an endorsement code when trying to deposit my checks. Clearly I checked the box for mobile deposit. It was like rolling the dice if it went through or not. Finally just uninstalled and reinstalled the app. So far so good.

Few bugs here and there, normally seem to get fixed within a month or so, however since the beginning of the year, maybe end of the year, I have not been able to log on. I have a Note8. glitchy things like screens not changing but still sensitive to the transfer page so blind luck you can transfer funds are annoying, but survivable (fyi still happens on my wife's S8+.) would be nice if RFCU hired a licensed programmer.

Times out at load screen, I'm on galaxy 10 plus and have used this app daily up to this point. I cleared the cache and deleted, then reinstalled the app and was able to log in one time, then I logged out and tried again, the app showed the same issue as before only now clearing the cache and reinstalling the app will not work. Now I'm annoyed.

This app used to be great. This app has completely locked me out of my account since the last update. For whatever reason they can't send a SAC to your email to verify. I've contacted the email attached to this app and have yet to receive a response.

Something changed. For a few years this app worked great. Now I have to delete and reinstall the app anytime I have used it for longer than a day. Hard to click on certain actions. Needs updating. Fix please!

Here lately it's been a miracle if the app even let's me log in at all. If it does, then the menu options glitch. I try to transfer funds and it selects other options. I used to love this app, but now I might as well not even use it. Frustrating.

Not able to use since the recent update. The app is stuck in a continuous loading state but never loads. The app is useless at this point. It was very convenient before the most recent update.

i have totally enjoyed using my app. it is easy and very simple to use. I can keep up with anything to do with my banking needs. My only thing is i need more information on how to use bill pay. As well as learning how to make my loan payments with out having to call the bank. or even go to rthe bank. over all i truly love this app.

Rarely works when trying to log on. Even if I delete the app and download again, it may work the first time but any time after, it chooses not to work. EDIT: WORKS IF YOU "Force Stop" THE APP IN YOUR SETTINGS AND THEN OPEN IT BACK UP. BUT WE SHOULDNT HAVE TO DO THIS. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

My problem is the app have icons that doesn't really lead you to the title that you've just pressed. I went to the menu selected transactions/history. One, would think that would instantly pull-up and show. What I see is make a transactions/transfer.

Every since I got my new Samsung s20 the app isn't working. It keeps giving an error message. I've uninstalled at least 6 times and it's still not working...prior to my switching phones the app was amazing!

Ever since the most recent update, am unable to click on various tasks on the menu to the left. Something is out of sync. 12/26/18 update still did not fix login issues!

The latest update makes the app unusable. Whenever I log in, whether using code, password or fingerprint, it will just load forever without ever taking me to my account. I have to use my browser on my phone to check my bank account now. Please fix the app!

I have had an terrible experience with this app..each time I try to open it to check my account an or other important things; it loads but never open. I've been trying for about a month now an only got in the app twice!

idk if the app was updated recently or what but I can't sign into my account from it anymore. It just continuously loads and never finishes. Very inconvenient having to grey to my computer to check my account.

I've had no issues with this app until I updated my J7. After reading reviews, I am not the only one. I use this app to pay my car note and a signature loan. It's super easy. But the app not working is making me frustrated.

There's really only one word needed to describe this app "HORRIBLE!" Well, I'm sure there are more however, someone on high needs to make the decision to scrap this app or the latest update because as it stands right now...the app is totally unusable. Top floor and/or app developing people please read the customers comments if you all truly care about and want to remedy this issue.

Was an amazing app until a recent update broke it. It is completely unusable now. 12/26 update that "fixed a critical log in issue" did not fix anything apparently as I still cannot log in no matter what I do.

Not sure what's going on with this app. It will not let me get past where I see amount in the bank. Will not let me see pending transactions at all for 2 days now. Will not let me log out either without closing window out completely. HELP!!

Fantastic app, user friendly. However, does not naturally show interest on Home Equity Visa. You must look for it which causes one to miss a payment and be charged a late fee. Late fee was resolved.
