Robinsons Bank

Lack of review screen when confirming direct to bank transfer. Unlike other banking apps that shows a review screen after filling up the information then ask to you to confirm, Robinsons Bank Mobile immediately creates a transaction then shows you the result. I usually take screen shot of both review and result screen but I did not see the review screen and to my surprise, there was no review screen before confirming. Users can easily miss the correct amount if they cannot review especially that that the input form is so big that it does not fit the screen.

These apps, every time I log in, I am not logged in. The password is a problem if you forget your password, and it doesn't work. But I tried the user ID you forgot. But others put it. You need an account number that you can access. If possible only contact number can be accessed.

Smooth and easy to use. Also, I can pay all my billers through this App. Tried Paymaya, Unionbank, CoinsPH and others, they do not have the billers I need to pay so I still had to go to the nearest Payment Centers. So far, this is the most hassle-free online payment channel for me. What I didn't like though is this app do not have a mobile loading option. Nevertheless, good job!

It's just not working. It's a struggle doing online transactions. It doesn't fetch the acct info thus it does not let you do any online transfer or pay bills. It's disappointing. Have been trying to transfer money using the app for the whole day now but still unable to succeed. Please help.

I tried to register my R-Bank debit card using this app so I can view my balance remotely. Unfortunately, the registration process doesn't let me continue to step 2. I've already made a lot of attempts and I've even waited for 30 minutes just for the step 2 to load, but none. My internet connection is stable and I even tried using my other phone, but result is still the same. I hate to say this but I find this app very amusing and USELESS. I've already uninstalled the app.

I can't register my account! After I filled up the first page and click next nothing happened! Can you fix that problem! I thought if I install your app it will be convinient on my side, but its a disaster. I'm looking forward for the improvement robinsons bank.

The app won't let me continue to the step 2 of registration. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but still the same. Disappointing and frustrating experience. It's just a waste of time.

I used to love this app. Earlier this day, i tried to transfer money using Direct2bank, the only option to transfer money was thru PESOnet (cut off is 12pm, any amount transfered after will be received the next banking day. NOTE: Today is Saturday!), It used to have INSTAtransfer option where you can transfer fund instantly but now this option is gone. Please bring this option back as it's very convenient to use. UPDATE: It's back.. Thank you! ❤️❤️

Ever since I updated the app, I could not log in. It says my password expired. But I had that password just weeks ago. And then, it doesnt give you options on whay to do next. So it has expired, then what? I try clicking on "Forgot Password"... useless!

Does function based on what it is intended for. Can Check my money on the go, can transfer funds, pay bills, see accounts. Everthing seems to be in order. If i could ask one thing, that is if they could somehow change the design to reflext a modern theme like their website. Other than that, Good Job. A big commendation to the RBank team for being with us from the start.

Not user friendly. Can't sign in to my other Robinsons Bank Account. Phone is only registered to one account, and the account registered can't add multiple debit/savings accounts. I think the app is full of bug.

Clearly one of the worst ebanking app out there. Can't even get past the registration even after trying Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer. Tried via mobile and desktop but still can't get through.

This apps is useless. I try to install and unstall the apps to refresh but but it goes the same way.. I try to register many times everyday for a month but end up nothing.. Planning to close my account in this bank for the inconvenience of this up. Disappointed on this kind of service.. Then i complaint it to the branch were i opened my account and the bank officer get my contact number and email add and told me that they going to update me the soonest but no call, text or email me. So Sad

It's fast, convenient and very easy to use especially in transferring funds and paying bills. It'll be wonderful if you add more billers. Thank you.😊😊😊

Unable to do bank transactions as it kept asking for my birth month even if I try to enter it multiple times. Also, it doesn't let you save multiple templates from the same biller.

I've tried to enroll my account but it always directs to page that says it's undergoing maintenance. I've reported it several times already but nothing happened. It's been a month already and nothing has changed. Poor customer service.

Its difficult to enroll your account, i waited more than 30mins for my account to register however it cant be completed. After trying several times its says account can not be enrolled. Not a friendly user app.. not helpful at all. I deleted the app.. 😔😔😔

Cant register my account it doesnt work after filling up the first page nothing happens after selecting next. This might be a scam or something because they require us to enter the card number and the password but it wont go through.

luckily installed this app. no need to go in the physical store to pay bills (Abenson, PLDT, MERALCO and even money transfer). i dunno with others why they have problems with this app, i mean every module of this app working perfectly.

Can't finish created account always pending enrollment thru debit number, even visited a branch and system says its error. Deleted first attempt account, tried to create new as advised by the teller and try to use account number but still cant proceed. Wont even logged in to see if its pending or what. What should I do now?

I downloaded this app so I can check my balance without going to atm but it didn't update since the time I registered the account so it's quite useless. I don't know if it's just my app or that their system is just crappy.

I have already registered and every time i want to log in it keeps on saying error until i got locked and i can't access it anymore. Then i registered again and it went successfully but every time i use this app i still couldn't log in. 😭😤

Please improve the User Interface. I cannot even view my complete account number I can only see the last 4 digits. Fingerprint recognition should be faster

This app is not useful. It asked ur cards information but once you try to log in again, it says "forget user ID or Password". I'm sure i didnt forget, i have written it in a piece of paper. Not useful at all.

Updated: still at 2 stars. Customer service is helpful. But this app is still useless for transactions. At best it can only be used for checking the account.

Its very helpful app. no need to go at banks or atm machine to inquire balance just one tap with my finger print scanner you will see your balance
