To be truthfully honest, this App doesn't even deserve 1 star. It is useless and only takes up space on your mobile device. The recent updates have broken the app and all I can see is a blank grey screen everytime I launch it. Prior to the update, search function was inaccurate, the UI was cluttered w/ useless ads and info, showing only 2 product items at a time. Lastly, the promos and coupons being offered are always outdated or expired resulting in errors when claiming your points. Uninstalled
Another 1 STAR!! Booked a flight using this app. On the payment, I was able to input my CC details and when its processing, it went back to the main page. I haven't received any confirmation on my booking and I jusy recently noticed the my CC got debited. Now, I have 2 booking with the same flight and I don't know if I would be able to get a refund on my 1st booking.
APP STILL DOESN'T WORK n developer's response doesn't make sense. I'm still staring at a blank grey screen. Like why do I need to wait n be informed of my location every single page refresh? If you're halfway scrolling thru a few hundred items and you check an item info, after that the app will return you to the very start of the list of hundreds of items
When I opened my installed app to have it scanned at the cashier area, it showed a blank screen, & despite having the app uninstalled & reinstalled for a number of times, nothing happened & consistently shows a blank screen. Kindly help me out on this. Thank you.
Edit: I reinstalled. After I provide my GetGo Card number the screen just turns grey. And the I get an email saying another person won't be getting emails thry my email address, and i stead will be receiving emails in another email address. This happened 3 times!!! what the heck! What's wrong with this app? It doesy let me sign in, doesn't let me link my old getgo card number. All I see is grey screen. It's very frustrating. I am uninstalling and reinstalling to see if that will work. Maygad.
I am searching for a particular item. Whenever I click the magnifying glass and see the item I am looking for. It goes back to previous page or it just wouldn't load. It's frustrating. Can you fix the search issue button? I'd be happy to change my review if this will be fixed
The app doesn't work! I have stable wifi connection, but when I tried to Login and change may password it's says they will fixed the issue and try again later. It's been 2 days now, but the error prompt still persist. Please facilitate your app.
After the update, my account gets logged out every time i open the app. It is very inconvenient especially when the grocery check out counter has weak mobile data signal. That's why i always have a screenshot of the QR code. But still, it's a hassle.
Just downloaded the app, activated it thru my email and not long after I received an email that there is a change on email address, that was not initiated by me. Change my password immediately, then again another notice of change email address was received. The app is not secured then?
Trashy app. Could not get an OTP so I have to input my details manually upon linking my card. After that I could not get through the save password stage although I met all the password requirements. A gibberish error kept on popping out.
Is this a legit app? I got hacked while linking the Get go number on this app. Sending an email to their customer care doesn't help either. It's been more than a month but got no response from them. Ticket number: 1074066. We can see on the other reviews that many has been hacked too using this app.
This app is garbage. Can't link my getgo points. Whenever I try, I will get a notice of email change. The app will freeze on gray screen and nothing happens after. Get Go shouldn't have merged with go rewards.
This app works as intended. An improvement could be that it can be allowed to work smoothly and interchangeably with the physical card. This would make the program, via the app, infinitely better, especially when used with Caltex and other partner establishments. It will help keep the Go Rewards program a top-of-mind.
The pop up at the app home page keeps asking to update it to version 5, but the link to the Google playstore doesn't show any button to update the app. When I click "open" to access the app, it just keeps going around in an infinite loop. Also can't redeem the points to book a flight and it doesn't integrate with CebuPacific.
Super updated when I linked our family's card with details on purchase history. Paperless and helps save the environment without keeping too much physical receipts. 🙋🏻♂️🎉💙😊🙏
This app is garbage. When booking for a flight; first, You have to reload the page many times just to display your points balance. If you are lucky to display your points balance and select the time for departure and arrival, you won't be able book since you have to reload the page again because of some changes on your selected. Did you really test this app before deploying it in prod? Please fix this app.
Can't claim my points for flights. Have no choice but to convert getgo points to this rubbish. I also merged my robinson rewards here. Now i'm tryig to book a flight using my points. The offer seems cheap but it's a total waste of time since the search/payment page has been loading for an hour (with some refreshes). If this keeps up I won't be able to use my points. Fix you r system ASAP.
STILL GARBAGE even if they updated it with some nitwit changes! Basic features like be able to change/update your email and your number is still NOT AVAILABLE! Also their email support is one of the WORST CSR EVER! Cuz it takes so many times of explanation for them to understand a single issue which can be easily addressed had they just add a feature where you can update your contact info by yourself within this app! And whenever I change my profile pic it keeps on disappearing for no REASON! 👎
Satisfied with the rebates.. Downside is, I myself experienced errors in an affiliated store regarding certain displayed products accompanied with the suggested points I should recieve if I buy the product, since after paying, the reflected points in the receipt did not match. Well i certainly need the product that is why I bought it in the first place. Food for thought 🙂
Was able to transfer my points from GetGo. When trying to redeem plane tickets my points go to zero after entering the date and destination. It says refresh to reflect points but doesnt work. My points appear only when i return to the homepage. Unable to redeem tickets
It is easy to download the app and I link my physical card quickly. It is so convenient especially when i forgot to bring my go rewards physical card i have another option, because i always bring my phone with me.
Cannot open the app after updating it. Click to open and the white screen pops then it will go back to my home screen. What a hassle
Since the update/s in March, I haven't been able to open/use the app. After two months, no concrete action has been done.
No response on the email that was sent to them for an issue that was raised last Apr 9. Not very helpful with your login issues.
I am trying to redeem my cebpac points to book for a flight. Visited getgo website but under maintenance. Downloaded the app then tried to log in using my getgo acct # but can't get through to the next step. Blank lang sya. Now, i received an email "notice of email address change" all notif will be sent to a different email ad kahit di naman ako naka log-in. The app isn't user friendly! Sayang sa oras. Nakaka stress lang. Sa inyo na yang points ko!
This the best reward app. No need for physical card and no need to pay membership fees. So convenient! Never had any issues since I decided to use it.
I agree with Mr. Jason Cruz. I am so totally pissed off! I've been trying to link my getgo account to this app but the screen always turned gray. I blamed the poor net signal in our area then. But I figured writing an email about this. And guess what??? There were too many emails claiming I requested for a change of email address!! When I wrote a complaint telling that I never requested anything like that and remove the foreign email accounts that have possibly taken my account, I was blocked!!
The sign-in options "Continue with Facebook, Google, Apple, Cebu Pacific" are disabled. Please fix and always include testing for this prior each update release on iOS and Android devices. Thanks!
I updated my app just like what you asked . But everytime that I need to use I need to log in first before I can use the app . It's not like before one time log in and also I don't need internet connection to use the app . For me , It's better if I did not update my app . It's useless now .
I downloaded this app to check my rewards balance. Guess what - after attempting to link my GetGo number to it (which only displayed a blank screen by the way) - I received two emails that my email account has been changed. Twice. So I've also lost my account right after using this app. Do NOT download and use until it's been fixed.
