One of the best apps in India for hobbyists with stuff available at great prices. It is one of the good apps in this genre where the customer support and issue resolving system are up to the mark. The only issue as per me is their reliance on speed post at times for delivery. Tracking speed post in itself is a tedious task.
First time ordered from your site just checking if the product is good or not, bkwas product Mentioning order id plz find the product. Bed temp. 60 Extruder temp. 200 Printer ender 3 pro Shared photos on mail for reference. It start normally with perfect alignment later it start to make noise tk tk tk tk as if its not able to melt filament anymore, then stop melting. Tried 5-6 times same problem again and agian. When i bend filement, its braking. Order #1284344
I was searching for coil inductor online and tried many website but they didn't deliver because I ordered only 2 small component(smd coil inductor). one fine day I found this website Robu.in having the same components then I ordered the same 2 component..received those within two days from very long distance..
They had wrong description of a product, are refusing to take any action to fix the item ordered. Just reply with a standard response: "As per the update received from concerned department, we have send the correct product as updated on website" Even with screenshots and reasoning, same response.
its totally fraud company. i received product different from what i have ordered. i complained many times but of no avail. keeps giving fake replies to replace the product but did not did it. total waste of time and money. highly not recommended.

cant even regester to this app, setting OTP expire time to 30sec and expecting users to fill in email and password is just unbelievable, have heard lot of good things about the brad but in my experience with you sight/app if you cant regester then it is of no use
Super amazing app for rc hobby. And one thing more you should chang your return system . I have ordered something but when I got, it was broken. Then I send return email to robu.in email . They said okay we will start the return process after two days I ask them can you give me the return process order tracking number but they send me message that please give us some time . Now it's approx 1 month is going to over but no response about my returning the product .

* Defective parts won't be replaced. I received defective anti backlash nut and no response was given to my support tickets. *Very limited app functionality. Cannot post reviews or click on the link for your ordered items like with the normal website. * Double priced alluminium extrusions. With gst and everything, local specialised sellers who you can contact from Indiamart, Justdial etc will sell aluminium extrusions for half the price of here.

Overall, the app is alright. These need to be improved: 1. Relevant search results - some products don't appear in the search results even when they're in stock 2. Syncing of shopping cart contents between app and website - during shopping, cart on web shows empty, while it's not on app. So, one can't continue shopping while switching from app to web.
