Rock Loyalty

I've tried multiple times to add my card and it doesn't allow me to - says there was a problem registering it and to try again. Then when I try to add the receipt manually, it also gives me an error message and tells me to try again. I've tried both several times already and even uninstalled and redownloaded the app with no luck. I really need them to fix the app because their food is amazing and we love coming here!

Love the simplicity and ease to use the app, and how it links my card to my account for in-person orders when I don't qualify for any discounts yet.

I have yet to be able to order thru this app. It's very slow and if you don't go thru all the prompts correctly it will clear your entire order. As well, if you have ordered thru door dash you can't add those orders. The food is great, this app service needs an overhaul.

We came in on a whim because wherever we went had closed early due to covid. I'm so incredibly happy with my experience here and Masy (excuse the spelling) is an excellent hostess! Down to earth and herself...wjmhich we all love. She was knowledgeable and very helpful, not overbearing or hovering but came at just the right time. Made great drinks and great service with an amazing personality. The decor was our style and the music was perfect as well. We love this place! Rock on!

The Rock in Salem, Or is one of the most comfortable and enjoyable places I've ever eaten on the weekend. They have drink buckets that make it fun and tasty, and the wood fire pizza is super good. A luxury version of a thin crust pizza paired with a free appetizer for getting this app. Super good date night. :)

Don't believe when they say they will call corporate office to refund an order with a problem. Always check meal before delivery person leaves.

I gave the new app a try, but decided against it after being required to use a specific debit/credit card. What if I want to pay cash? What if someone else pays? What if I want to use another card to pay? I go all the way back to the days of the backstage pass cards, and I still have my card, and lost all those points when they changed to a new program back then. Now, another new program. This isn't that difficult, but customers suffer while The Rock keeps trying to reinvent itself.

Awful app. UI doesn't display properly; navigates to page not found errors; couldn't even complete my order. Uninstalled after wasting time. Come on The Rock Pizza. You can do better.

Yummy!! Absolutely love the Brown Sugar Mozzarella Bread!!! Sooo Good! Perfect Guilty Pleasure! Oh yeah and the Buckets of Alcohol (Literally alcohol comes in one of those kiddy beach buckets!) Yaaas! What's not to love!?!? Plus the pizzas great as well! I am bummed they dont do slices... I think that would make them my favorite place!

Phenomenal, fantastic buckets, wings from king and queen chickens. The music choice was spectacular. Our bartender was a sweetheart who only wanted us to fully enjoy our experience. Xoxo

It can't pull up my previous rewards points that were linked to my phone number. Also, it's annoying to have to upload receipts when paying with cash.

Wow great free appetizer deal and the food was great. its more than just pizza which we didnt expect. the atmosphere is great and the decor looks awesome as well. we will be back sooner than later. a very enthusiastic two thumbs up.

When you claim your free appetizer it actually starts a timer and you have one hour to use it. So, I went to The Rock and ordered an appetizer and a pizza. The server asked to see the timer which had plenty of time but then told me a manager had to be present to validate it, which there wasn't one. So, not only did I have to pay for that appetizer, once the timer ran out it couldn't be claimed again. Pretty shady.

the ordering process was actually kind of fun. The website was easy-to-use and the pizzas look bomb!

this is my first time here and I had the nachos for the appetizer... definitely can feed a few people very good. The personal Pizza.. very very good, great crust & toppings!

Eric is a fabulous server and makes you feel like you're his only table. He is very attentive and personable...I will return just based on his customer service. The food is great as well.

The food was great! i would definitly eat here again. The app also came in clutch when redeeming the free appetizer.

The waitresses are very helpful and very friendly. Food is always so good. Love the atmosphere. Pizza is pricey but super good.

Very respectable people free appertizer for signing up for free really works came in read the board for free appetizer for joining rewards went to my car downloaded the app signed up.for rewards came back in an used the app to get my free wings on the house

The Federal Way location has consistently done a great job with food and service. Will continue to frequent this location.

I deleted the app a few minutes after installing it. I'm not going to scroll back month-by-month to get to my birthday. Fix your app

Mike Sheary. The service is outstanding. Food and drinks are worth a 45 mile drive. We all remember the reason we go out, ambience. We all want to laugh, smile and feel comfortable. Well this is the place to be recognized as THAT PLACE. Bartenders and all staff to be commended as the team that they are. Kramer sets herself apart as one fabulous unique beautiful lady.
