I absolutely love Rock Valley Credit Union, I've been protected from someone who got my bank information online because they caught it and called me immediately! They're always available to help me with anything I have problems with also. I really can't say enough about Rock Valley Credit Union.

Remote deposit disappeared from the menu so I can no longer use it...very upset as my work doesn't offer direct deposit and I have no time to drive to the bank in person...please fix this!

The only thing this app is good for is to see your balances. Don't waste your time trying to look at your statements, it will sit there saying it's sending and never does. So then you have to call and pay to have them mailed to you. 👍

Does not connect to internet every other app had no issues but this app never connects to my internet

the only thing is it freezes when trying to do my finger print

Apps says user blocked. If I can't have access to my money then why am I banking with you guys? Please fix. Thankyou

Updated to Material design and added fingerprint login. Design is now easier to navigate on S7 Edge. Quick actions make life a little easier. One start knock off because does not show pending transactions. Overall excellent update. RVCU please add Samsung Pay support!

Disappointed that I can't choose which account I want to make a remote deposit to. As I recall on the first time I used the remote deposit all my accounts were listed, now it only gives me the account I first chose and no where can I find where I can register my other accounts for this service. It doesn't seem very practical, time wise to make a deposit to one account then follow up by transferring the deposit to another account. Otherwise the app is as easy to use as another banking app I use.

Very short history displayed, no check images and no loan due dates. Terrible new system really hurts this great credit union

RVCU/NetTeller has decided we no longer need to view our pending transactions. I'm very disappointed in the bank lately.

I haven't downloaded the update. I like to read the reviews beforehand. Mine is working fine for me at the moment, so why switch till forced. Guys the grass isn't always greener on the other side! For those who are complaining. I like RVCU! I'M HAPPY...

App no longer works just says no internet connection even though I have great connection. Please fix it
