Horrible for gyms with Fitness classes. Long durations and pauses during classes.. UPDATE RB acknowledge as well as resolved my complaint in a very timely and professional manner.

As a small business dealing with music licensing is a pain. Rockbot was a quick solution that turned out to be SO MUCH MORE. The social features are outstanding, the in store display is fun and customers absolutely love it. Even as a very small business we have tons of customers use Rockbot, they are crazy about it. They pick the music, laugh about other choices and have a downright awesome time. Not only is all of that true but - we recently contacted the live support and Nick helped us, wow, what AMAZING live support. I cannot get the volume slider to work at all on android. Using Galaxy s7 edge and also tried on Galaxy s8 plus. A friend has iOS and it works.
I paid for the Rockbot business app. Constantly having issues
Plays music for about 1 hour before it stops playing. Then I have completely shut the app down and restart it. Not very effective way to run my music for my business. Have had the program for less than 24 hours and may need to cancel my membership.
Love rockbot, but their software needs some work. Customer, manager, and web platforms are all very clunky and sluggish no matter the device or data signal I've used for them. I expect delay between a command and it occurring on the player, I don't accept lag between different pages and buttons on modern high-end cellphones.

This is the best solution for commercial overhead music. I could never go back to satellite. The tech support is great! I always get compliments on our music, which is nice, since I made the playlist!!! Our playlist has over 1500 songs on it. This service cannot be beat.

Takes too much time for staff to work. Every morning it takes 15-20 minutes of fidgeting between the computer and the remote app to start playing. I installed an update on 12/12/20 and now the remote app crashes. The music selection is alright, but with the issues, they don't offer enough music to make it worth it. I seriously dislike this music player.
