Awesome 👍. Really great information. Really easy to understand. And easy to print and ask questions if needed. I found it by chance but I love it. Easiest to understand and they will help too !!!!

Needed a POA, I was able to draft one up, fill out and finalize in less then 30mins. It took about a hour because I had to figure out which one I needed. After that it was EASY, FILL IN THE BLANKS and then double check for errors and once 100% satisfied printed it out and downloaded a copy to my phone. I then got it notarized online...

All i can say for sure is this company is beyond useless when it comes to criminal defense. I paid $40 to ask a well crafted easy to follow question and after a 40+ hour wait the answer i recieved was "talk to a lawyer". No joke. Another 30+ hrs later my further refined follow up question was answered almost as laughably as"talk to a lawyer". Now,even logged in, apparently i cannot ask anymore questions without a redirection to pay another 40$.Cancelled my subscription within three days. RIPOFF

So far so good, just wish there was a bigger variety of forms to choose from.

After a search for legal docs I was offered a $5 trial do I decided to gove it a try. 7 hours later I'm wondering why I ever thought it would be a good idea! At first it worked great. Then it started cancelling the printing because of a "data conversion error" . Really. No other info. No suggestions to fix it. No way to contact them because the CLOSE at 6pm. Wow. Then after a couple more hours the site and the app won't open because it cannot connect to the server. Funny. Every other thing does.

Just started using the app and the signs of being a necessary tool in the lives of various occupations is indelible. Every so often there come certain things in life that are so good, to dispute the fact would be an absolute fallacy. Touche Rocket Lawyer!

after a miss understanding with a subscription I was worried I would never see my money again but luckily Rocket lawyers excellent customer service was able to refund my money. besides that the service was great the app is intuitive and it provided me with everything I needed during the trial subscription will definitely re-subscribe in the future.

Website claims a layer will respond to questions in a day. So I purchased premium account I asked a question it's been 4 days still no answer or anything no sign of anyone I contacted customer service 2 days ago about this and have no response either.. I just paid premium and I'm not getting any help.

Costs $39/month subscription to ask a "lawyer" even 1 question. Not knowing if an actual lawyer is going to give me actual legal advice a decided to NOT to subscribe. Deleted app.

Once you subscribe to the app you cannot unsubscribe, I have called customer service you can never talk to anybody and supposedly to unsubscribe you have to leave a message but the mailbox is full so you can't mean well they keep charging me $40 a month. Definitely would not recommend using this app at all.

EDIT 12/10/19 ONE FULL MONTH LATER - So they fixed the log in issue below but the actual application is still total BS. Its literally the same thing as online, but worse because it crashes every time I try to start a new document, it wants me to log in and gets stuck in a loop and crashes. Oh and expect support to be rude af because Vicky was a btch. BS, downloaded the app and it'll open but then when I try to log in it fails. I sent a ticket but apparently user support sucks.

It does not work properly. The dashboard will not open and says no internet connection even though i am connected. It also shows i am not a member. When i am a long standing member. I do not have these issues if i use Rocket Lawyer web site. I have uninstalled and reinstalled mutiple time. Also i update app when an update becomes available.

I love RockeyLawyer and will continue to use them! Now, the reason I am rating this APP a 1-star is because ever since I upgraded my phone (Galaxy S9+) I have not been able to use the mobile application at all and when I try to load it up I consistently get the "You're not connected to the internet" error when I am 5000000% sure I am and this has been a on-going issue since October 2018 and is still not fixed. I have tried to contact them numerous times about the issue but have gotten no where.

App is constantly saying it's not connected. After opening, it is in a constant state of loading, but never shows my documents. Incredibly unsatisfying, especially since I pay monthly for membership. It seems that since I acquired membership nothing has worked properly.

it was good at first but when I try to make a new document the screen keeps jumping between two different screens. what makes it worst is that I have a paid subscription. so I'm paying for something that dosen't work. I have a android by the way

It's great if you like a white screen with useless menu buttons at the top. Go back and click the "answered question" again and it says it is still waiting for an answer. Just use the website. Waiting for a response from the support email.

Can't even log in. Says index.html is missing after tapping on thw initial log in screen. Very sloppy. Knowing a bit about programming, index.html is a pretty big deal! Update: tried opening app again and everything seems fine. For now.

almost any legal document you might need. plus your able to download copies, save, edit and make copies. You need signatures great they you covered. I could go on and on but I'll just say one last thing. What makes Rocket lawyer unique is they also give you the option if needed to talk with an attorney. So far they have been a blessing.

So far I have downloaded the app after reading a ton of reviews on rocket lawyer and all things fairly good. After downloaded the app I paid for the subscription through my play store. Then tried to ask a question and it still states that I need to pay for the subscription. I cannot use anything on the app even after paying $41for the subscription.
